My husband went to this Jersey Mike’s. I ordered a cold sandwich and he ordered a hot sandwich. He saw the crew make my sandwich and it was correct, no dressing and extra pickles. The sandwich I received had extra onions and cheese (I am allergic to dairy), I didn’t want any of that and it was made Mike’s way which I also didn’t want. I deconstructed my sandwich and called to let the staff know that they had an error and they hung up on me. Poor service!

This location is hit or miss. Last time we went, my fiancé’s turkey & provolone was drenched in mayonnaise and he wound up taking it back. Last time I went, they loaded my sandwich with salt and I couldn’t choke it down. The time before that, my sandwich was perfect. ♀️

Third time I’ve ordered the same sub #17. All three time barely any meat. I asked for mayo. The last sub I got was a mayo sandwich and they put mushrooms on it and no meat. It was the worst sub I’ve ever tasted. Waste of money. I’ll never go back and suggest no one else goes to this location. The lady’s up front are nice and do a great job. The cook if you can call them that needs to be trained or hopefully get another job.

First off, customer service was non existent. I told them the sandwich I wanted, no acknowledgment she heard me. Just kept doing several other things, which is fine, probably online orders, then just walks off with still not acknowledging she heard my order. The other girl asked me a question about my sandwich which I thought there’s no way that’s what I ordered. I saw number 5 written on the bag. I mentioned nicely that’s no what I ordered. No apology. Acted like it was my fault. Took over 15 min to get my order. As I am waiting for my food I realize they are laying dirty receipts on top of other peoples sandwiches. I stood there cringing wondering what was happening with my sandwich I could no longer see being made. Who knows where those receipts have been. When checking out, employees were arguing, very dysfunctional and unprofessional. I ran my card and no one said another word to me. Not thank you, sorry for your wait, or have a good night. I just moved to the area and this is my first experience. I will not be back for any reason. I don’t even want to give this one star.

Im a loyal customer of the JM franchise. I visit this location at least once a month for the past 6 months. 2 times in a row that I placed my order online for it not to be ready when I arrived. I understand if it’s busy and or they’re understaffed. However, that wasn’t the case both times. I come in to employees standing around and my food not be ready. The sad part is, I placed my orders hours in advance. Then I reached my destination and no tomatoes were on my sandwich. They need to do better!!

I ordered a sandwich, I was sick, and forgot to indicate wheat bread. I don’t eat white bread and called to ask them to make the adjustment. I called from two phones for 20 minutes and THEY NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE. A business that does not answer the phone is not a good business. I will never patronize this Jersey Mike’s ever again.

My GF ordered a online order at 1, paid for extra meat which is a $5 charge, bacon which is a $3 charge. The first sandwich was no extra meat, no bacon. Asked for a remake and we are in the store and more than 30 minutes go by I asked about the second and they tell me it’s on the shelf. No one let us know it was ready. Now not only was it cold but now less meat and no cheese. As a retail store manager I understand that things happen but this was poor management by the GM named Chris. We WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN

Great customer service every time I go. Heydi is always so friendly and greets customers with a smile. Jay & Daniel were great as well. I have never had a bad experience there. My favorite store because the quality is consistently fresh, store is very clean and staff is great.
