As a huge fan of Jersey Mike’s Subs, I was excited to hear that a Jersey Mike’s was coming to town. I’ve ate there a few times and don’t really leave reviews until about the 3rd time I visit a place to be fair unlike some of the cry baby reviews I sometimes read. People can eat at a place for a while and the moment something bad happens, leave a bad review. What about all the good experiences? Ted talk over….

Jersey Mike’s on Hwy 87 in Cameron, NC is fantastic. It is a new location and is somewhat small, but the customer service, food, cleanliness, and employee attitudes are phenomenal! Order in food is super fast and pick up orders are always ready on time. My favorite Jersey Mike’s location!

This location was not welcoming, everyone seemed unhappy to be there. I explained to the staff that the counter where subs are made on was very unsanitary and needed to be clean before placing my sub bread down. As he looked confused i explained that the counter top was completely wet as it contained bread crumbs, oil, vegetables that didn’t make previous subs. The guy instructed the girl that were making the subs that i wanted my sub made on paper after the counter was cleaned, i didn’t want my bread sliding on the counter. She immediately caught a attitude and said im confused as she grabbed a towel from underneath and wiped everything off the table to the ground.

I ordered my sandwich online. I always order the same thing(#7) I accidentally ordered a -#3 instead of a #7. Took it back to the manager and asked politely if I could get a sandwich remade. She told me no and I had to pay for it even when I used my rewards for the sandwich. I left the sandwich there because I don’t eat pork and just took the loss. So I was out of a sandwich and my rewards points. Kinda made me feel worthless because I was hungry and she didn’t even try to satisfy me as the customer. I come to this store often and spend my money just to be treated this way. I am a BIG Jersey Mikes eater and I eat there at least 1-2 a week. This was poor management. The other workers just sat there and looked at me when I believed they wanted to help me. Here is her picture too. Find a Jersey Mikes who actually wants your business.
