This is the best Jersey Mikes in Salisbury. Audrey is one of the best. She is very polite and engages with you about any conversation. I look at her and the staff at store 3158 as an extended commercial family. Audrey always asks how I’m doing and inquires how my day is going when I walk in. The staff at store 3158 are always polite and courteous.

Tonight you guys had the DoorDash special where if we used Jersey as the promotion code we got $25 off. Now most people should be grateful for that. I know I was. The staff was overwhelmed, they were verbally abused by customers for having to wait for the million subs that were ordered in an hours time. The staff did a great job containing the professionalism while trying to get the sandwiches out in a timely manner. They did an amazing job and I think they need to be compensated for the stress they had to endure. The only complaint I have is the customers that came into this place. Even the door dash drivers were yelling because they had to wait. But when you have a promotion like that everyone knows it’s going to be busier and they’re only so much room for a person to make a sub. I think they did a great job and my food is very good. I appreciate them sticking it through when I personally would’ve thrown in the towel. I hope they are able to see this review and just know I’m truly sorry for how the others acted and treated y’all.

GLUTEN SENSITIVITY ALERT!!! When I placed my order I told the team member I had a gluten allergy and I was handed off to the manager on duty. She cleaned the counter, changed her gloves, picked up the gluten free bread, and doubled the paper to be sure once the sandwich is rolled up it wouldn’t make contact with the surface where regular bread had touched. Even used mayo from the squeeze bottle. Let me say this. I was thoroughly impressed and appreciative of the care taken while making my sandwich. You all did an amazing job. Thank you, I had ZERO reaction and completely enjoyed my entire experience. Thank you all for honoring the gluten sensitive community. Eating out is extremely challenging for us. I had regular turkey and cheese add bacon, Mike’s way hold the onion combo with sweet tea and chips

Most horrible experience I’ve ever had at a Jersey Mike’s. The two women working today 08/27/2023 in the morning were the most rudest people I’ve ever came across in my lifetime. One lady got mad when my fiancé asked for his sub to be toasted. She grabbed his sub and slammed in on the grill then told the other lady to fix it when she took it off the grill. The other lady who was short with black piercings in her ear was getting irritated and had an attitude with us because we couldn’t hear her. We sucked it up and ate our food and watched how rude they were to other customers coming in. It’s sad when you want to go enjoy lunch with your family and then it get ruined the way it did.. we asked for corporates number and the managers number. Apparently they don’t have the numbers. We will never return to that place again.

Every table was nasty and the floor was as well. 5 people behind counter standing around they could be cleaning.Also what about asking me if I WANTED it toasted? AND…the person that took my money and handed my change back had gloves on? What was the point of that ? Not to mention the sidewalk outside was nasty… Do they ever clean it? No Vet or Senior discount? Tell me you did not make money off a $15 sandwich with paper thin meat? Where is their manager or district manager?

The food is always solid at Jersey Mikes, but this particular experience as a customer was terrible. The employees didn’t greet me for the first two minutes I was in the building as the only customer in the store. Finally I was greeted quickly, and that would be the last word spoken to me throughout my order. My vinegar was thrown all over the meat as opposed to the bread and upon checkout I thanked the employee, to which she walked to the back with the rest of the employees. Just terrible customer service all around and I will not choose this location ever again.

The place could use a bit more care in cleaning the tables. However it’s understandable because it could be a long line rush around lunch time. The staff are always great and have been trained very well. The prices are the typical for jersey miles. For under 20$ you could easily feed three people here.
