First time trying, and I would say it actually tasted pretty good. I got some kind of hot sub with steak and I thought it was tasty. The place was clean and staff was friendly. The prices are abit too high for my liking but overall, it was good experience.

One of the workers making my sandwich initially made it a size too small. The Manager caught it before it got to me, and even though I had to wait a few extra minutes on my pickup order, I had a great experience. I was offered a free soda and a few free cookies for my lost time, and I appreciated the sentiment!

When I got inside no one greeted me or said anything. There was a woman and another person in the back, and an employee taking a break or off sitting at a table. I stood patiently about 5 minutes and the employee at the table said “you haven’t been helped yet? Let me get you” then the woman from the back yelled “I got it! I’m just doing bread”. So the other employee sat back down. The woman and other person were just casually chatting doing their side work while I awkwardly stood there. After 5 more minutes I grabbed the general managers card and left. When the employee at the table saw me get the card she nodded and said have a good day. So I called Ed the manager early in the morning on a Sunday to let him know. He answered right away, apologized and said my next sub is on him. That’s why it’s 2 stars not 1.

1st time there, & their sandwiches had a really great taste… I ordered the turkey&provolone special, which gave my tastebuds a nice kick! Loved the way they didn’t just slap the meat out the wrapping flat, but looks like they piled it on freshly sliced. I was pretty impressed! It’s much better than Subway (in my opinion). Greeting & customer service was a welcome treat!

I’ve been here a few times for lunch in the past few months and service was always fast and polite. This is a great Jersey Mikes…. and certainly as good as any other one I have been to. The seating is limited but I usually just grab it quick and head back to work.
