We came before the lunch hour rush. They had plenty of staff members working and yet you could tell that they were all young and new. The person working on the prep station for the toppings was very slow and kept having to double check everything. The manager was extremely friendly and kept working around to help each person. We ordered some hot sandwiches and they took over 15 mins to make…maybe even 20. That felt unusual.

How can you sell subs and be out of all bread? Also out of bacon. Lettuce was brown (photo) and molded. Kitchen floor was filthy (photo). Old Food & trash on the floor and prep area.Tables were dirty. No customers in front of us & 4 workers, we waited over 25 minutes for our two basic sandwiches. Bonus caution note…they use MSG in the Philly sandwiches and the balsamic & (so called) olive oil special sub topping is not olive oil, it’s a blend with soy bean oil. If you have soy allergies, this is really bad. My husband’s wrap (no bread option) was tiny. Worst restaurant experience I have had in a very long time. Now that I know they use MSG and soy bean oil and have moldy food and filthy kitchen, I will not be back!

I posted you can never go wrong with a jersey Mike’s sub, I was wrong today I got the worst sub ever and to make it so bad I told the guy he shorted me on the meat and he says that’s the corporate way. All may year’s of eating at jersey Mike’s this is the worst. Don’t think I coming back to this location.

My family wanted to try Jersey Mikes for the first time and eh…. had to go back in to ask for more lettuce because they had barely put any on our sandwiches…. tasted more bread than anything else and it really was just a disappointment. Doubt we will be eating here again unfortunately. Really just wasn’t good. At all.

Did an online order at 8:20 went to go pick up at 8:40. Line of appeared after me and I was just picking up at my actual pick up time. Left around 9:00, I overheard one of the workers saying “they didn’t give a (profanity)” and “thats what they get for ordering before closing”. This place needs better management and training.

Horrible customer service. Extremely terrible. I will drive a further distance to avoid ever going here again. This trip was absolutely terrible. I waited over 15 minutes for my sub. They were not all friendly. Very very very rude. When I was handed my sub she slammed it in my hand. I was extremely upset. I worked at a jersey mikes a long time ago and it’s one of my favorite places to go. The owner I worked for would never allow this type of service. This was an awful experience.

I had been going there scents it open had no problems but on june 18 i paid for my food went outside to the patio 10 min later im approach by a black girl and she she notice i have bottle soda instead of a fountain drink i stop eating and told her im sorry thot you took it or i may have forgot i ask her what the price difference she said 2.50cents so o gave it to her but after i gave to her she still standing THERE talking when i ALREADY paid for the bottle soda i ask 3 times to leave my table im trying finish my lunch im black so its not race thing i left my sandwich on table and chips it turn into a big agurement over 2.50 when i paid her please stay away from this jersey mike unless intell fiip over with new sraff and they had nerve to tell me not come THERE agaun as if they own it

It’s been a while since I’ve had Jersey Mike’s, so I tried this location. It’s a newer location, so it’s very neat and clean. Was greeted by staff immediately upon entering even though they were assisting others. The service was pretty quick and friendly. I ordered the steak and cheese and was disappointed. It didn’t taste good at all, so I will not be ordering it again at this location. Should have gotten the tuna it’s one of the best at most of the locations.

As I was waiting for my pickup order, a worker said that they didn’t understand what “86“ or “68” meant in an agitated manner. Which is whatever, it was when the manager on duty told her what it meant and then proceeded to say I was just making my order complicated because not everyone knows what it means that rubbed me the wrong way. Is it not managements job to teach them what these things mean?
