Cancro Special
Provolone, roast beef and pepperoni. In the summer of ’74, the Pepsi delivery man requested a curious combination of provolone, roast beef, and pepperoni. Peter Cancro’s brother, John, liked the sandwich so much, he gave it the family name and a menu spot of its own.

Always a great sandwich when I go! When I arrived at 8 it was a bit busy but the line was moving. Even with multiple online orders and about 6 people a head of me I was out in 15-20 mins. The staff was prompt and was moving to get everyone taken care of. I really appreciate the service and hard work I seen last night. I’m from Jersey and my cheesesteak was cooked to perfection. I was shocked.

She know who she is, and then got another person to make my sandwich- that was way too much attitude for me. Would give a zero if possible! The dude running the slicer with a beard is scared to do anything without checking with a little chick with her hair in bun and she has a Very Funky Attitude and is horrible at customer service. They need training and an attitude check!

18 minutes to get a sub when it wasn’t busy and I saw people after me in line get theirs first. Everything seemed disorganized. One person was taking calls, another was hovering around in the back watching the others work on the line. The last person was taking walk-in orders, collecting payments, and making the food (basically everything).

It’s your usual Jersey Mike’s, a regular #13 Mike’s Way no onions on white. I can’t beat that sandwich no matter how hard I try. Bag of chips and a fountain drink always makes my day. I always get a fork so that non of the lettuce, jalapeños or pickles get away. We’re not taking any prisoners on this go-round. The place is clean, the staff were quick and efficient. I know it’s a fact of life now a-days but it always kills me when the lookie Lou’s take forever picking up their mobile app orders. We’re not splitting atoms here, if it takes more than 4 minutes to work out your Jersey Mike’s points then you probably don’t need them. And for the love of God, don’t be working out the details (on the phone no less) of your group order at checkout. The JM’s staff are always so patient. The bathrooms were good to go here as well.
