Super nice staff, they coordinated with each other well were very respectful even being so young. Best customer service in a long time. Would tell them to quit and join the military all four are something special

This used to be my favorite Jersey Mike’s to go to but it’s baffling how differently you are treated if you are a walk in as a customer versus a delivery driver. The other day I walked in and told them I was picking up an order for a customer and was told “they were working on it” which is code for not started.

I was disappointed after eating at this location. Ingredients didn’t taste fresh and employees looked a little lost. I will stick to Boone Trail, my favorite location.

My friend and i eat at jersey mikes literally eveyday. this is our main location . Due to the “manager manger” (because thats what he said he was) we will no longer be eating here and we love this location bc of the cleanliness and the nice staff. Today the staff had to be tired and aggravated because they were the complete opposite. We did come around 3:45 which is later than what we normally come but i was cut off in the middle of explaining a situation by the manager. He and another employee were whispering about my free sub (bc they put oregano on it and my friend is highly allergic) . That wasnt good customer service and they are the ones who made a mistake. Even tho i had to take her to the er we werent upset bc accidents happen but today receiving the sandwhich was a bit much.

I came in on June 30th to order a chicken bacon ranch a sandwich around 3-330pm. A female employee asked if “that was it” and I said yes. I was unaware that before the hot sandwich was made on the grille, I was to give her my additional toppings. I thought she would bring the sandwich to the topping/condiments table and ask after she left the grille area (as cold sandwiches are typically done). I told Assistant Manager Bryan I was unaware of the ordering process, and he threw the yellow card on the table (used for choosing toppings). While taking a moment to look again at the menu, Assistant Manager Bryan said condescendingly, “You didn’t look at the menu before you ordered?”. While naming my toppings I asked Bryan if he would write them down and give to the female employee at the grille. He replied “no, I’m going to walk over and tell her” in a condescending/annoyed tone. After receiving my sandwich from a female employee, I asked if my requested toppings were on there and named several toppings to her. The toppings named, the female employee said weren’t on there. I then asked Assistant Manager Bryan, “I thought you said you got all my toppings?” and he replied “you missed that when you first ordered your sandwich” and then said a “smart-alek” remark under his breath. Being the only customer in the store during the duration of my transaction, Assistant Manager Bryan’s attitude was very unprofessional.
