Great spot to stop and grab a sandwich. Food was fresh and the staff were nice. The restaurant was very clean with minimal seating inside as well as a few outdoor eating spots under a covered shelter. The prices are on the higher side but the quality of sandwich made it worth the cost.

Although I had been to Jersey Mike’s in Hope Mills before this was a different location. I had one visit that was a smashing success to one location and then in the next location I got a very greasy sub that the bun was so soaked I could barely hold it. These were both big kahunas each time. So I went to this next location and it had now open signs so it had not been open for but a few months. The people inside were awesome, they were super helpful, and even when I asked for my sub to be split and wrapped as two subs and the sub was actually already done and wrap they opened it back up and rewrapped it for me. The food was delicious and it was just perfect it wasn’t greasy the bun was nice and dry I could hold it and eat it and it was very very delicious. I would definitely go back to this location, and I probably will to be honest.

This is a squared away Jersey Mike’s. The staff is very clean compared to other JM restaurants in the area. One drawback is that it is tight area to drive when the front is full. If you got a truck park in the back. It’s difficult to back out if front lot is full. Other than that I highly recommend this place to eat. Thank you

Younge girl, light brown/Dark blond hair that worked today was the reason this will be my last time. Attitude sucked, made a freaking mess of my sandwich which meant I couldn’t even eat it without making a mess of me. Never again. Other sandwiches came out fine when the other ppl did it.

Y’all make a great sandwich I am so pleased right now I ordered your Italian sub and I’m telling you this thing is amazing y’all do a good job I had some crumbly blue cheese and my refrigerator and I was like well why should salad have all the fun so I decided to sprinkle some on the sandwich and let me tell you crumbly blue cheese added on the Italian Jersey Mike’s Sub is crazy good it definitely adds much flavor to the sandwich my mouth is smiling right now so I just want to give you guys two thumbs up and just want to tell you guys thank you for making my sub and yes I will be ordering again great place to eat definitely worth it great job y’all

I have visited this location several times since their grand opening for my lunch hour. I have yet to be disappointed by their service, quality and cleanliness. Each time I come in (busy or not) I am greated with a smile by at least 1 employee and helped quite quickly. On the busiest of my visits, I had 7 people ahead of me and 2 waiting already. I was still in and out in under 15 minutes!

I would like to take this time to highlight the phenomenal customer service that I continue to receive at my local Jersey Mikes here in Hope Mills, North Carolina. Everyone that I know and work with in this community has been looking forward to the opening of Jersey Mike’s. I have to say that customer service and cleanliness has lived up to the communities expectations! It’s one thing to have a really good team making your subs or salads; however, when the team has chemistry…that makes all the difference! Lastly, I would like to highlight one of the many young employees that works at this particular location. She has demonstrated excellent customer service each & every time that I have patronized this establishment. Her name is Aliseyah : She has been a shining star from the first day that the doors opened. Whether it’s her “Welcome to Jersey Mikes”, her attention to detail or even her willingness to help fellow coworkers who are new and may appear to be nervous…she steps right in to provide leadership w/o hesitation.
