Firstly, this isn’t a low review of the food. The food is great. This is particularly on the customer service from the manager. I frequent this particular restaurant plenty of times. I am very familiar with the staff here. They are super friendly and helpful. However, the manager on duty (Elizabeth) has unfortunately left a sour taste in my mouth.

My wife and I went inside and ordered the Italian sub full size 12 inch I want a man is old man my wife when it all in vinegar one bag of chips one drink $27 the bread was hard service was terrible and the meat was like a Food Lion deli the cheap never go back don’t waste your time I don’t like waffle house but I wish I would’ve gone across the street worst experience at any sub shop
