4th time ordering over the phone for pickup, and 4th time in a row the sub is made wrong. Very disappointed in this location as of late. Employee read my order back to me upon calling back and they had written everything down correctly. The response I got was that “they made everything correctly. For clarification, it’s missing 1/2 the toppings requested, would not recommend this business.

Wednesday 2/5/2020 – Today I stopped by my favorite hoagie place for a sandwich/hoagie. So I went to Jersey Mike’s in Leland NC, I love this place and the food and the staff! Anyway, so I ordered a Meatballs hoagie. Now, I have never had a meatballs sandwich, even though I love meatballs, is one of those things I just didn’t think I would like. I was wrong!

The last two times I have been into this location, they said they were out of regular white sub bread. Yes, one was late in the evening so I can understand that one but yesterday it was during the regular rush times. When I mention to the guy behind the counter, they were out last week too, he acted like he could careless. Even throwing up his hands/arms! Shame that a person, in a responsibility position dealing with the public had such poor customer relations skills. By the way, I guess I should thank him. My steak at Christopher’s Steakhouse was really much better anyway.

myself and my co worker came in during our lunch break and we waited in line for about 45 minutes and he got the chicken bacon sub and somehow it came out cold? then i got the philly cheese steak and i let them know 4 times no onions or peppers due to being allergic and i waited 30 more minutes for my sub and it came out with onions and peppers. if i wasn’t in a rush i would have got it fixed but instead threw it away because i couldn’t eat it.
