Great Subs! They put Subway to shame. The guy doing our order (picture shown) did not have the best attitude though. He acted like he just wasn’t feeling it. Also, the tea was out and the toilet paper in the bathroom was almost empty.

The kids running this location need more training and/or direct oversight from franchise ownership/representation to offer a more professional service.

Service was fast and friendly- start to finish. The shop was very clean and the subs delicious. They have gluten free bread FYI! And it’s pretty good.

Stopped by Brevard’s Jersey Mike’s so my children and wife can grab sandwiches. Kids liked the meal and wife appreciated gluten free bread. The line was long and service was slow.

I have been a regular at the Brevard location for a long time. My 4 year old loves the place. The food is always perfect. That being said, something has changed. The reason my 4 year old loves the place is because the employees would engage with him in conversation. Watch him dance and tell him how great he did. On our last couple of visits the woman at the register didn’t even acknowledge he was speaking to her. The other employees were about the same. The last time he came with me he had drawn a picture on a piece of paper and wanted to give it to his friend, one employee who still at least talks to him. Today, I went in by myself for lunch and tried to strike up casual conversation with the manager slicing the turkey for my sandwich saying, “Looks like you are having a busy lunch.” He literally just looked up at me. Put the meat on my bread and turned away to the grill without so much as a, “Yes sir we’re busy.” Nothing. I paid for the lunch and then had to pack my things into a bag myself since I had to get it to go. So much for my little boy coming in chanting, “Jersey Mike’s!” over and over. Don’t worry about the interview.

I will say this place does have delicious food. I’ll give em that but for $13 I expect a little more lettuce and tomato than this. Its like because you get it door dashed they know they can do this.

Consistent and good. Every location is always the same and that’s good. So much better than Subway but you pay for that difference.
