The ingredients are delicious but recently the employees always seem grumpy and apathetic about being there. The bread is cut wonky, the meats and cheese are thrown on, the veggies are just scattered on haphazardly and they drench your sub all over with the oil and vinegar. The main cashier we’ve encountered wants to rush you along to pay even when your still listing the ingredients you want and watching to make sure your sub is created somewhat decently. I’ve worked in customer service 10+ years and would NEVER treat customers the way these employees do. Although this store is much closer to my house it may be best to make the trek to a better location. Looking at other comments this seems to be a reoccurring theme with a lot of customers!

My husband had gotten subs togo from here…when i got home from work i opened my sub and there was a black hair sitting right on top. With further inspection i found another hair in the sub. Absolutely disgusting. Needless to say i didn’t even eat the sub and was a waste of money. Don’t even bother going here.

Don’t have a closing time if you aren’t going to serve until 9. As someone who works in the food industry, Closing down and not wanting to serve 20-30 minutes before close and then all the employees are talking behind the counter as if we’re deaf or something and have an attitude is unprofessional and doesn’t make customers want to return. If you would answer your phones instead of cutting phones off early then the food would have been done before 8:40. Stop being lazy and immature and DO YOUR JOB! It’s what you get paid for! Management needs to get it together.

Went in today to get a Big Kahuna for lunch. Stood there waiting for 10 minutes while the line continued to grow. There was one girl behind the counter making sandwiches while the other three were joking around with each other. They were totally ignoring the people waiting in line to order. I finally gave up and left. I will not be back to this location. The service at this location has went down the toilet

Meat to bread ratio is subpar. Gluten free up charge is pricey at $1.50. Sweet tea tastes days old and kinda gross. Had to eat in my car because the empty store had no clean tables.

Been here multiple times for lunch and dinner because I live in the neighborhood. This is the worst staffed jeresey mikes I’ve ever been to. Always a huge line that doesn’t move while a bunch of employees struggle to keep up with online orders while trying to help customers. Don’t go here unless you want to stand in line for 20 minutes.
