Had to drop something off in the area and the guy where I was at recommended Jersey Mike’s. I can say it didn’t disappoint. Not only was the food amazing. But the customer service from the two ladies working was at a world class level. I’ve never been to a Jersey Mike’s so I leaned on their experience to get the best sub for me. She recommended the club sub, and made “Mikes Way.” So that’s what I got. Sweet Tea was on point, had to get two refills! Next time I’m in the area and I’m craving a sub, this will be my go to.

Visited the location at 1200 on Sunday (4/28). It was outstanding. The facility was clean and nice. Bathrooms were perfect. Staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. Unlike typical employees, the staff were enjoying themselves and happy to be there. My sandwich was excellent! If I pass through this area again, I will definitely come here again! Thanks

My son got a toasted sub with pepperoni, salami, and provolone cheese. That’s it. No veggies or condiments. He won’t ever eat there again. They were busy and had subs everywhere. I don’t know how they didn’t get them mixed up, but anyway. This is a different location than the other one we went to. Thought maybe it might be better. Nope. I don’t get it. No more Jersey Mikes for this family. We’ll go to Subway. Sorry Jersey Mikes, I tried again. You just don’t have your stores put together. Plus it’s expensive, just sayin.

I’ve ordered catering and personal subs and haven’t been let down. Some of the negative reviews have nothing to do with JM themselves, and more so because of door dash delivery or pricing that is totally out of store workers control. Great food and great service! Ordered carry out on my way to an event. Got there twenty minutes later and they hadn’t even started it yet. The manager was standing right there and looked at me like I was stupid, like they didn’t have the order then the other girl says “oh that must be the paper you threw away. I couldn’t wait or I would have been late but now I don’t get to eat. Tried to get a refund on the app but there was no option for that or a number to call so I called the store back and they said I had to be in the store to get my refund. I told them no I don’t and they said they would write my name and number down and call back if they had any questions but then hung up without asking my name or number. I love Jersey Mike’s but don’t go to this location. Incompetent.

I received a text promoting free delivery so I ordered at 6:39pm with a 45 minute estimated delivery time (7:24pm). I called at 7:48pm and Jersey Mike’s staff said it has been sitting there for a long time and door dash didn’t come until a couple minutes before I called. And the hot sub was no longer hot by the time they picked it up. I called the door dasher and she was rude to me on the phone, then rude to my wife when she arrived at 8:15pm .

My sister goes here all the time which was why I dropped in today after mailing a package at the UPS store next door. I received a quick hello as me and a couple others were entering, but while standing in line no-one took my order. The young lady that was taking orders, elected to skip me and take the order of the young lady behind me. I had to literally say “is anybody going to ask me my order” as I was behind the gentleman that was 1 person away from the cash register. Anyway, this is definitely not the warm and customer driven crew that I am use to when I visit with my sister! The size of the Salad that I purchased today wasn’t even the same as times before, so quantity has gone down which is pretty generic everywhere! When it was my turn to pay, the cashier asked me if I was a member and I told her “no” about 8 seconds in as she continued to process my payment, I had to ask her what it took to become a member, and at that point she shared what I needed to do as far as downloading their app. Clearly these folk were tired! I didn’t even get the same “want to become a member reception” the person did prior! I guess I need to take my pennies down the street to Jimmy Johns!

J.M.,,,has very good subs…but lawd almighty, very expensive. Their subs can run up to 19/20 dollars. I had a regular size sub, no drink, no chips, 2 cookies and it came to 13.00.

It was nice and clean, the people working were very friendly and patient as well. They were a pleasure to talk to while they made my daughter a sandwich. I know it’s just Jersey Mike’s, but I would highly recommend going here, you won’t be disappointed.
