Unprofessional staff very poor customer service!! need more mature management. I understand our youth need jobs but at 16-18yrs you should know how to act. Grabbing knifes and horse playing in front of customers is unacceptable. And pull your pants up!!!! I don’t want to see anything that even looks like underwear. I waited over 30mins for a regular sub!!! This isn’t fried chicken or soul food these are subs and should NOT take over 30mins to prepare and serve properly. I was so disappointed I almost walked out. I won’t be returning here. Sub Station was much faster and more customer friendly and even tastier than what I received from Jersey mikes in Sandhillls. Long wait!!!!! For a sub with little to no flavor!!!!!!! Very disappointed with Jersey Mikes and the staff. Please fix this issue because people work hard for their money and just simply want good service and quality. Train your staff to show the customers selflessness and dedication to your work.

Food was good as always, but we ordered on the app so we didn’t have to wait. Got there and they were not working any app orders and filling walk in order’s first. Had to wait 20 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready to get our food. I also had to tell the guy making the food that he was putting the wheat bread top on the white bread bottom and vice-versa. Will will go to another location or different sub shop next time.

Who hired the manager??? You should probably check up on them… While waiting an excessively long time for my sub, I watched the manager man the griddle and proceed to make each cheesesteak (there was a queue of about 8) individually. There’s a full grill for a reason. Use it. After a 20 minute wait, I proceeded to ask if they forgot my sub and was told quite rudely “there’s a long line of subs in front of you.” Makes me sad as I love Jersey Mike’s, and this location kills it for me. I shouldn’t have to wait 45 mins for a cheesesteak.

I placed an order here for a chicken Philly and regular Philly. As I was eating my sandwich and I bit down on 2 hard pieces in the shape of a ball. One was clear, the other was gold. I started puking because I thought it was someone earring. I called and went back to the store to talk with the manager. She apologized and give us a refund. She also stated that this was part of her bracelet that popped. I got even more mad because you knew at that time this was was contaminated and still served it to me. I was so disgusted and disappointed. I could have crack my tooth or got sick from eating metal. This is common sense to throw the food away. You will catch a lawsuit like this.

Arrived to order 2 giant subs. 4 people workingand they did not acknowledge that I was there. No one said anthing to me. They went about their work like no one was there. A little customer service would have been nice. I am in customer service and would never be so rude to my customers.

Recently this place has been giving good service with a smile. Staff is always been nice and friendly. I’m not sure but I’m guessing they must have gotten new management because this place would be a 3 start visit (if lucky) in the past. I got the club sub. It was made perfect. The fresh slice meat, and cheese was on point. The bread was delicious and soft. I would say this is probably the best place to get a sub at the Village of Sand Hills.

This was my 1st time eating from this Company but I saw on YouTube that their chipotle mayo philly steak sub was great. I ordered a regular size for about $8.75 but they forgot to add my lettuce and it needed more mayo because it was dry. However overall it was straight. Full of meats and veggies like onions and bell peppers. The bun was soft so that was a plus. I hate hard bread.
