First let me say the staff was great and they answered all my questions about the different options for the Philly cheesesteaks sandwich. I got the Philly with everything on it with the Chipotle mayo. Definitely a good stop if you’re hungry and feel like a sub. Lots of meat in the sandwich.

I’d have to describe as not bad. Brand new but spartan and cold feeling store. One staff member was outstanding and the other was ok.

Mediocre at best – 3 stars. Won’t go back. A new trend at checkout “do you want to round up your order to make a donation?” $9.10 sandwich and you want to round up to $10.00. Seems petty but it’s still annoying. And, then when finishing up you get a “want to apply a tip?” Come on guys it’s a sandwich. Jimmy John’s near International Drive definitely better – 5 stars.

Come on! Jersey Mikes seriously needs to get their act together. This isn’t the only location; every time we order cheesesteaks the cheese is stuck all over the wrapper and the sandwiches are never labeled. You decide…

This particular store has a huge problem with miscommunication between the employees that make the sandwichs and the ones that ring you up at the register. I have had several incidents where i was OVER charged for my sandwich and the only reason i caught it was because i asked from my receipt(which is optional at this point). I filled a complaint on the corporate website due to the fact that when someone is billing you more than what services they are providing on a repeated basis, that is theft. Whether it was intentional or not by the employee doesn’t matter. If it happened to me on several occasions can you imagine who many unsuspecting customers who don’t ask for a receipt get overcharged??? When the owner of the franchise called me directly he left a voicemail stating that i didn’t need to call him back to discuss the matter since apparently i was in the wrong because it’s my job to tell the employees at the register what sandwich i ordered. I called back anyhow just to be put into voicemail. I enjoy Jersey Mike’s subs but i will be telling everyone in my area to NOT patronize this specific establishment as their protocols by management are either NOT being followed or there are none in place in regards to proper communication by employees.
