Not good. The girl doing toppings was touching the register, money, and everything else without changing gloves. They looked very disorganized and got our subs wrong. We ordered warm subs with just a couple of toppings, and they didn’t put any of the toppings or condiments we asked for. Subs were very dry and overpriced. Customer service was nonexistent. This is pretty bad for a place that is fairly new.

This location Needs an actual cook…ordered the Philly. Looked good but was very dry. Not enough peppers and onions. I could literally count them. That didn’t bother me though. The sub was very disappointing. It was cooked in bacon grease so that’s all I tasted. Please get a cook with experience. Some people dont eat pork. As expensive as this franchise is I want my money’s worth. Don’t mind spending the money but my food needs to be right.

The worst location around. Every single time I or my mom orders online, I add a request for them to put the oil and vinegar on the side, which they never do. No one likes soggy bread lol, especially me. Then, we had multiple orders at work for dinner and the person we sent to get our food had to tell them the correct orders and basically fix their mistakes, resulting in them being gone for over an hour. Idk if your employees here can’t read or what, but yikes. I’ll make the drive to Clemson from now on.

My husband and I ordered 2 subs both Chicken bacon ranch one reg, all the way and the other was a giant with literally nothing but meat and ranch. They got mixed up the subs accidents happen, but when my husband tried to explain what happened it was like they couldn’t understand what he was saying. The girl at the grill got a nasty attitude and then practically shoved the sub at my husband who never even raised his voice or got upset about the ordeal. We will not be returning would have rather gone to subway.
