Delicious!!! It was my second time going to Jersey Mike’s and I had the Original Italian regular size. It was the perfect size sandwich, very filling. Love how they slice the meat right in front of you…makes it fresh. Tasted like a good home made sandwich but even better. Will definitely be back. Oh, went during peak lunchtime and they are fast too…efficient assembly line with a full staff.

My first time visiting this location. I ordered a GIANT Club Sub. Got home, and found this. This is not a giant sub. I paid $18 for what looks like half a sub. I called the restaurant several times and no one answers their phone. That’s the real reason for this rating. This is unacceptable.

Unfortunately this place is already headed downhill. The first time I visited – right after opening – I was so happy with the cleanliness of the store and pleasant attitude of the staff. I’ve been 2 other times since then and it has progressively gotten worse. Today was just bad: the “slicing” person was bickering with the “making” person, who seemed uninterested in being there at all. The process of getting a sandwich took far too long, there were quite a few disgruntled customers waiting around. That said, 3 stars because the sandwiches are still so good! Hope someone reads this and can turn the place around.

I visited this business on August 26, 2023, around 2:30 p.m. It was sad to see 6 staff members standing around like it was their first day on the job. The line was outside of the door, and patrons were leaving due to their attitudes and lack of service. The tables were dirty, and I was devastated. New business and terrible customer service!!

I love Jersey Mike’s but the service at this one is rough. The employees seem annoyed I’m there ordering a sub. They just want to move you through the line and get you out of the way. I’ve had a few less than stellar experiences at this store now.

Came here for a sandwich. Six people behind the counter and they’re bumping into each other. Looked like chaos, even McDonald’s or chick fila, has organized chaos. The most needed back there is 5. One take the orders, one on the grill (2 if needed) two prep sandwiches, one on the register. My order wasn’t made right. I’ve been going to JM for years, I never had a bad sandwich. One guy comes off the street, I guess he worked there, pours himself a drink and proceeds to the area where they’re making people’s orders. He looked unkept, c’mon man.

Food is good when you can get it but they’re still struggling to balance inventory and service. I’ve tried on three different occasions to order a sub with roast beef and they’ve been out every time. Wouldn’t be so bad but you have to wait in line a long time to find out because they are concurrently filling a lot of online and catering orders. I waited over 20 minutes with only 2-3 people in front of me to get to order most recently and then found out they didn’t have what I came for. Maybe in a month or two things will be worked out.

NO CASH. What a joke. There’s 6 people behind the tiny counter and only 2 people know how to use the grill, take an order, or make a sandwich. Last time I went, there was a ham block with no wrapping just sitting on top of the packages of meat? Fire all the teenagers who can’t talk to customers. The employees are just bumping into each other and don’t work like a team. The dining area is messy while no one is doing anything.

I came in on Sunday around 6:30p on 03/19 the guy who took my order was so rude and nasty, please retrain him he is extremely rude and unprofessional I was explaining how I want my sandwich not only did he cut me off he tossed my bag to me. He was also rude while cashiering my order. This is not acceptable I will be calling corporate. I love your lady manager she is so kind and caring, I thanked her for coming to the Decatur Community.

Super excited this location has finally open. I was there for the Grand Opening and it was Beautiful! Seeing the trainees making perfectly great sandwiches while meeting all of the wonderful owners. Great Customer Service and Amazing food. If you’re in the area, stop by and see the Mr. Terrance and Crew Member Taylor. They truly bring smiles your way.
