Rob, the manager, used to manage the Jersey Mike’s right by my house so I went there a lot but now that he manages this one I don’t get to eat it as often. That’s how much better his order than any other store. He really is the best and he’s very funny and fun with the customers and the place is kept up very nicely and they work really fast.

I had the most discouraging experience here today. I had never been to this location but I knew that I wanted some food before my shift at another local restaurant. As a service industry professional, I was appalled at what happened. I went in around 4:30pm and there was one employee working. He seemed to be working on a order, maybe 5 subs or so. There were no other patrons in the store but me. I patiently waited by the register to have my order taken. After about ten minutes, the employee never acknowledged me or greeted me. He then looked up at me and said “I guess at this point I should ask you what you want”. I was horrified. It was so rude. I told him that I would be leaving and that I would pass. I’ve never had anyone treat me that way as a patron ever. I was trying to be patient and polite while he worked on whatever order. Think this person should find another profession.

Ordered a chicken cheesesteak online, drove over, picked it up, excited to eat on my cheat day, open the bag and find out even though my name was on it with chicken cheesesteak on the receipt, it was a ham and cheese. Wrote a complaint through the app asking for a refund, no one from corporate or local management bothered to get me back.
