If I could give this visit zero stars I would. I went in at 8:45pm on the day for the charity event (all funds go to charity). I understand they are about to close but the area where sandwiches are made should be the area that’s cleaned after the doors are locked! The employee removed the white board and wiped down the area and made my sandwich on the paper. I was ready to walk out but I’m like no I’m hungry. The customer service was okay. My sandwich was sloppy made. The meat was not evenly distributed so I had to fix the placement when I got home. Before I decided to get the #7 one of the employees said, “The grill is off”. Glad I didn’t want a grilled steak n cheese LOL! I love jersey mikes but this location is a hit or MISS.

I’m the only person in the restaurant for 10mins the next person that comes in which someone knew gets their food before me. When I asked about my food the server seems irritated that I asked. And to make matters worse I’m not sure her yelling across the room twice that “YOU SANDWICH HAS 5 MEATS MAAM AND HERS ONLY ONE”. I don’t know what the point of that was when she simply had to say hey I didn’t forget about you I was getting hers out the way first. I’ve been to this store a couple of times and have always left a tip. I hope to never be serviced by this person again. This visit was today so hopefully no one else has experience her service except for the friend that she felt the need to give good service to.

Terrible customer service. Old light skinned black lady didn’t realize my order didn’t print out even after I confirmed the name. Made me wait and didn’t take responsibility saying “it wasn’t my fault” that she never saw the receipt jammed. Wasn’t kind or apologetic, just rude and bothered.

Service depends on the employee that’s behind the counter. Sometimes the employees are friendly and courteous, other times they can be rude and slow. Went to pick up a mobile order the other day, the employee, by her tone, seemingly stressed out that I was early. She was helping another customer so I let her carry on. Once the customer was gone, she grabbed my order from the counter behind her and slammed it on the “To Go Orders” shelf and said “Here you go!”. Now there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that phrase, but again, her tone is what I found somewhat rude, she looked moody from the start. I was in a bit of a hurry but I chose not to bother her since she was helping someone else, but I felt dissatisfied by the experience. It’s just too many coincidences for me to say I might have misread her demeanor.

I went in at 8:16 last night to pick up an order that was supposed to be ready at 7:58 ( because I KNOW they take forever) and they STILL took an extra 20 minutes to get it done. The older black woman was also very rude and skimped on the meat like she was paying for the supply out of her own pocket. I’m used to Jersey Mike’s subs being packed and it only only taking a mini to fill me up. I stopped going to blimpie because they literally put 2 thin slices of meat on their subs and I DO NOT expect that behavior at Jersey Mike’s. Needless to say, I will travel the extra 2 miles to get the next closest one to me because I’m NOT going back to the Snellville, GA location.

This location has the New Jersey thing down to a science. Took 30 minutes to make 2 sandwiches. Receipts sitting on top of the meat slicer. A fan on the floor next to a big tub of water aimed directly up at the sandwich prep area. Female employee in the back making hot subs had such a terrible attitude that I could taste the hate in my sandwich and she had the young man who was making the cold cut sandwiches so nervous that he was spilling lettuce all over the place to the point that he couldn’t even prep the sandwiches on the cutting board and then he was throwing lettuce covered in “spice and juice” back into the clean lettuce pile. I wanted to stop him but honestly I felt bad for him and figured he was already having hard enough day.

Nice and friendly service personnel but the online vs in-store policy is ridiculous. Had to wait over 40 minutes while in store because online orders get priority and I had to wait until they were done. Not the workers fault for being short staffed too. Company fault for not limiting online orders.

The last two times I been in your store the lady who I assume was the manager was rude and told everyone there that it will be a half hour before she can take any orders as she was busy if this is the way your store operates then I will pass the word as to the horrible service you give. I was there on Sunday the 12 and two Sunday early I hope that you do something about her attitude and to schedule more help if she cannot handle the pace

Worst customer service ever! Great sandwiches but no one cares this is the 3rd time and I’m officially done with them….. went back again just to give them another try and still the same terrible customer service . No one cares there anymore and one employee was arguing with another customer about bacon in front of everyone! Totally unprofessional and now officially done with the snellville location!
