The store wasn’t busy but the slicer was still moving extremely slow and didn’t put enough meat on my sandwiches. I also didn’t like how I had enough points to redeem 2 giant subs but the guy who I think was the manager lied and said I only had enough points for one and made me pay for the other one! Whoever the manager of this location is really needs to retrain the staff about the jersey mikes way and policies! The store was clean and I did like the fact that they have the m&m cookies at this location but I will not be returning.

I really like Jersey Mike’s, but this particular location is so unlike the others. They just opened less than a year ago so maybe they don’t have the best staff as of yet. But the wait time is truly ridiculous. I’ve never even waited 15 mins to get a sub at any other location, but this location you can be sure that you will wait at least 30 minutes for one hot sandwich. I have no idea why that is. They are not prepared well and the two times I’ve been there they’ve gotten my order wrong, giving me white bread instead of the wheat I requested. They seem young and confused about the whole process and the sweet tea is terrible by the way. If I were you, I’d give them another year before going back so they can restructure or something. If you don’t mind the drive, go to the one off of Tara Blvd, they’re much better, or another location. They seem burnt out and they just started. The staff is nice though, that’s about it.

Definitely love the company but when my husband and I order our food the customer service was okay. They have a new worker in the front fixing sandwiches and she’s and order lady. The moment I seen her seat down where the customer seats because no one was in there but my husband and I and she took her phone out. I knew then she need to be fired. After fixing our sandwiches with the same gloves that she took her phone out with, touched her hair and rubbed her face. I wanted to throw up. Then, she used the same pair of gloves again and go fix someone to go order. This right here is unacceptable. She needs to know everyone is always looking. Change your gloves continuously and wash your hands

I walked in to pick up my order and the girl had her back to me telling me where my order was. I was like ok, they don’t do eye contact here cool. So when I went to get my fountain drinks that i purchased ahead of time she yelled that the machine was down. With her back still turned leaning on the back counter staring at her phone. It was such a weird experience to the point I felt the need to write a review. Completely left a bad taste in my mouth. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered.

Prices are honestly very expensive. But the service provided was ok, not much personality. The cook did great on our food. That’s pretty much all I can say about it. Nothing to make me crave it or brag about.

This was the worse ever. Staff just lackadaisical about being there. Ordered multiple sandwiches and was asked if we wanted to make them combos and we did not knowing that the fountain machine was down and that we would have to substitute for bottle drinks. All this was fine however, the Manager didn’t acknowledge this until he had already rang up the order. Stating that due to outage of the fountain machine the combos were more expensive. Then the cook comes over with our last sandwich and picked up a bag and threw it on the counter for us to put the sandwich in ourselves.The Manager reprimanded him for his actions. At the same time he should have been instructing him to pull his pants up because it was totally unprofessional and unacceptable. We have been to many Jersey Mike’s and this experience has put a sour taste in my mouth.
