I ordered on line this was my second experience with JM and all i was thinking about was it’s going to be the bomb. Because my first time ever having JM was outstanding. But my first time was ordered from Carolina street in Atlanta off Moreland ave. But anyway this second experience was horrible my bread was hard and brunt damn near. My meat was to be doubled and the cheese. Open my sandwich you guys and i was so disappointed in Jersey Mike in Jonesboro. Look like my 6yr grandson made this sandwich. Just look at the pictures!!!! I called and ask for a manager his name was Jeremiah he showed no empathy at all. His exact words were oh i have you Al the turkey we had left and the bread he couldn’t even explain why the bread was so freaking hard. He didn’t offer my money back or anything. Then he says just bring it back up here and i will remake it!!! What? Dude you think I’m going to give you a second try when clearly you didn’t care to make it edible the first time. SMH don’t eat here it’s a horrible experience. Keep going to another sandwich spot because this one here in Jonesboro is not it.

So yesterday I came in to pick up an online order and I was told that the sandwich cannot be made and the so called GM which I doubt tried to call the customer which my customer also said it was untrue he received no phone call, i told the so called GM which he claimed to be said I will call my customer so I called him and told him that the sandwich could not be made because they were out of Bacon. The customer said that’s fine can I get another sandwich at the same price I paid for ? I relaid the message and the so called GM said that he will not serve me . I told the so called GM “ your not serving me but the customer who eats at this establishment “ as a Muslim I found this very insulting! Because he the so called GM is always somewhat rude when I come to pick orders but ignore him. My customer stated to become up set after he said he would make the sandwich after I get confirmation, I told the so called GM he can’t do that because he already ordered , but for some r reason he was focused on me and not the customer , “ I’m not serving you” he said again , now leave my store! The customer said no I never had problems getting another sandwich here if a meat isn’t present “ at this moment everyone is shouting even me because he called me a black ducking Muslim so i through a empty plastic bottle at me and he picked up a knife and said I will cut you I’m from New York ! A man came to move me back and told the guys he was wrong I told my customer to cancel as he said he will report to Uber eats right away as I was also going to report which I did. As I was leaving he laughed and continue to discuss the issue with the next customer very unprofessional! This is not GM behavior this can’t be . This isn’t the only time I get the cold shoulder from him he is always nasty when I come in with his remarks ! This time I decided to stand up.

I’ve ordered here a couple times and while. my experiences were always were not always pleasant, there was never anything bad enough for me to really complain about. However, today the sandwich I received was unacceptable. I ordered a turkey and provolone sandwich and there was so much mayonnaise oil and vinegar on the sandwich that the bread was soggy and was sliding off the lettuce. I like oil and vinegar, but my sandwich today was dripping with it. I’ve eaten here numerous times, Ive eaten at other locations, & I always order the save thing so I know what to expect from a jersey Mike’s sandwich which is why the sandwich that I got today was so disappointing. I’m not expecting perfection but I don’t understand how someone messes up a sandwich the way mine was messed up today. I wont be spending any money here in the future.

I went in today not expecting to be greeted with a smile and a very pleasant conversation with a crew member. Her name was Janae and she really made my day with her customer service and genuine enthusiasm. Her kind of attitude is the kind I would want leading my crew, running my store, and developing my trainees. On that note, as I watched her work, I noticed her developing her people, teaching them the finer points of the job — and I was blown away by the way she greeted everyone in line while she worked. Excellent job!!! Will be back for sure!

Online order: Each time I have ordered online when I get back home start eating I find out they did complete the order right. Today I ordered a giant tuna sandwich with lettuce tomatoes onion oregano pickles light vinegar and cherry relish on the side. My sandwich only had mayo lettuce and pickles . In previous online orders I noticed the same thing, they do not add everything you pay for. It seems like a game where they intentionally leave out items for the online orders because they know most folk just pickup the order and leave without checking the sandwich. This is done to save supplies or just rush to the next order??? Who knows but this is not good customer service. We put our trust in the company/store to do the right things when it comes to our purchase no matter what you order it should be prepared as requested. I will not visit this store in the future because if they cheat on these small things what else are they cheating on?

I placed my order online and drove all the way to the store to pick my order up. I asked them was everything made properly or should I go in there and look at it. I was told no the list is in there and it tells exactly how the sandwiches were made. When I got home I realized that my sandwiches was made incorrectly. So I called the store and spoke to someone that said they were the manager to let him know the issue. The guy told me who said he was the manager said that I needed to bring every sandwich back up there now to get them remade. I told him sir I can’t drive all this way back up there home there’s no way I can go back up there. He said well there’s nothing I can do for you and I can’t issue a refund. He was very uncooperative he was not willing to help. And I’m confused because I spent $60.

I visit this Jersey Mike’s any time I’m in this area. I have not had a bad sandwich from this place. The food is always fresh and the customer service is great. They can be a little slow at times, but worth the wait.

I love jersey Mike’s I always get a stick ball. Way to much mayo the bread wasn’t cut rught because the top disintegrated and I had to say hello after 5 minutes of Noone acknowledging us. Very disappointed and really couldn’t eat the giant size sandwich.
