What an amazing experience, first time there and the service was outstanding, the food was great and delicious and there was plenty of meat on the sub unlike Subway that only gives half of the product that Jersey Mike’s gives you. The place was busy but they were putting the customer in and out fast and smooth. I will be back again. I recommend that everyone give Jersey Mike’s a try and see what you think.

Came in yesterday Monday July 10th after placing an online order. Order time was promised to be ready at 4:45 and I arrived at 5:00. It took a minute to be greeted but when I was, I told the young lady I had a pickup order. She looked behind her for the order then checked her POS and printed the ticket out and told me “it has to be made!”. This was 15 mins past my pickup time. You would think since it was supposed to be ready at 4:45, there would be a sense of urgency for the order to be made but no! Customers who walked in after me and ordered at the counter orders were made before mine. I waited 15 minutes in the store for my Sub Bowl to be made and no meat had to be cooked. I didn’t receive any apology, no update, nothing. To top it off, after my order was made, the girl just sat it on the counter and forgot the order was mine. No sympathy for me being on my lunch break and wasting time placing a pickup order. I’ll go to Jimmy John’s across the street next time.

Black male customers aren’t a priority here. I had to wait until employees were finished hugging on each other and talking before I was acknowledged and my order taken. Manager/Owner go back and look at the cameras from 5/16/23 from around 1645-1705. I have on the green shirt with the camo hat. Look at how your employees disregarded my presence while they talked and hugged on each other. Finally the lady with the short hair took my order.

Nice presentation and the best part of the cold subs is the freshly sliced meat. The size of the sub compared to the price is a little disappointing, but what it lacks in length makes up with width! They offer a free birthday reg Sub and a drink with a coupon!
