Completely fail in making my Uber Eats order. Asked for no Bacon and sandwich covered in bacon “like I asked for extra Bacon”. Manager said I could ask for a refund and Order again. Another company with no responsibility and poor work.

As someone who worked at a Jersey Mikes for over a year as a manager prior to this, I can honestly say that this Jersey Mikes is one of the worse ones I’ve seen. The meats were not sliced properly whatsoever, toppings were horribly placed, and service was terrible.

Ordered a to-go order and it was wrong for Father’s Day weekend. 3 #5’s in a bowl is not difficult. What should have been the Italian sub in a bowl was roast beef in a bowl… It was ok but not what we are used to. This was my first time at the Peachtree city location and it was my last… I’ll continue to drive further to Thomas Crossroads location when we want Jersey Mike’s.

We ordered 4 subs. One vegetarian #14. When the order arrived there was no lettuce tomato seasoning and barely any cheese. The bread looked like it was stomped on. I called the store. The girl on the phone was rude. I asked if she could refund the order and was told I can’t do that and would have to call back tomorrow (Saturday?) to speak to a manager. Poor customer service and poor quality control. This should not be the norm!

Worst sandwich I have ever had from Jersey Mikes. Paid for extra cheese and extra chicken. It had barely anything on it. Sandwich was cold dry and gross. $40 later for a nasty sandwich. Called the store and the employee just hung up on me. So much for customer service.
