Worst JM ever. Getting tired of having to open all the sandwiches to find who’s is who’s. Someone has to handle everyone’s sandwich when procedure calls for marking the bag! Every sandwich has different amounts of mayo/vinegar….. Mike would be pissed if he ate here.

I really like Jersey Mike sandwiches. Their bread is just the right softness and texture but I have to say, Jersey Mike’s has become VERY EXPENSIVE for a sub shop. I had the footlong ham and cheese combo (chips and small drink) and after tax it was nearly $21!!!!! I understand inflation and shrinkflation is a real thing these days but $21 for a footlong cold sandwich combo is a bit ridiculous, even at today’s prices. I’ll have to reconsider my options next time when I’m in the mood for a sub for lunch.

I ordered via DoorDash for my sandwiches this time around. My sammy was smushed, barely had any lettuce (BLT). My husband’s giant sandwich had no Mayo…he got a Turkey and provolone with Mayo, lettuce, onions, and jalapeños. Needless to say I’m disappointed because I paid Jersey Mike’s prices and received subpar quality food. But, maybe that’s what I get for ordering delivery and not being in the store to visually verify and check my sandwich to be made properly.

The subs are good, but every time I have been here some members of the staff have been unfriendly, even downright rude. Yesterday I was checking out and asked the kid standing at the register, who looked as if he would rather be anyplace else, how to insert my credit card. He gave me a dirty look, grabbed the card right out of my hand, put it in the machine, then handed it back to me. Then he just walked away. A woman came up and finished the transaction, didn’t thank me or say anything. I like the subs but after several of these instances I’m not going back.

Normally my subs have been great, but tried the BLT sub and the bacon was AWFUL. It was hard as a rock and not a good flavor. Also our bottle drinks were not cold at all. Not the service I am use to.
