We ordered a giant Italian sub , a regular buffalo chicken and a mini ham and provolone . The buffalo chicken sandwich had no flavor . The other 2 sandwiches were pretty good . Overall , we were pleased with the service and wait time . Definitely return as a customer .

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I visited this location on yesterday. I walked in and was not greeted. I stood at the ordering counter, and there was a woman behind the counter with her back facing me, and she was texting on her phone, meanwhile, there were two employees sitting at a table in the dining room, texting on their phones as well, and they just stared at me. At first, I thought they were on break until one jumped up and said, let me help her. The other employee also jumped up and went behind the counter to help assist the young lady in fixing my order. So neither one of them was on break they just didn’t feel like getting up to help. I was spoken to very rudely when placing my order and when I got to my car, I opened up the sandwich to make sure it was fixed correctly being that they did not put my toppings on at the counter in front of me where I could see them. For some reason they took my sandwich to the back counter just to add my toppings. I was missing the lettuce and I was also missing the bacon that I paid for. When I went back into the store and explain what I was missing, the employee rolled her eyes at me and says well I didn’t ring you up, so how was I supposed to know that you want it bacon? The service was just very rude and I wish I would’ve left a sandwich there and requested a refund.

Sadly this location is terrible at accurately making your order. I got a giant Portobello beef sub with EXTRA mushrooms for additional $2.50+taxes and got literally 5 small pieces in the whole sub. Ingredients specifically say it already comes with mushrooms and I wanted extra. The expensive result of this pitiful sub is so upsetting!

Although they had a huge catering order, they still managed to make my sandwich in between. All the employees were working hard and the agm (girl with the red hair) was very nice and professional. The Philly cheese steak was delicious. I’ll definitely be back!

I went to this jersey mikes location yesterday…. 3:20pm. It was pretty disappointing. There was a young staff there. It wasn’t busy at all. I’m a vegetarian. So I don’t eat meat. I asked for a vegetarian sub…The portobello sub to be exact. Which is prepared on the griddle where other meat is cooked. The griddle was gross. It had burnt meat and other particles on it. I had to ask them to clean it off. When I asked, they acted like I asked something wrong. They halfway cleaned it. Im a fan of jersey mikes…. but if management doesn’t monitor there staff better at this location someone could get sick from cross contamination.

I come to Jersey Mikes subs at least once a week, since I work across the street at Floor & Decor. Very nice and clean atmosphere. Great customer service. The person I look for the most is Amanda!
