The food that I did get that was right was good. But apparently salads come without lettuce I eat there all the time and I’ve never had this misunderstanding before when I called to handle it. It was not handled correctly and very unprofessional

On two separate visits the staff was cleaning during the lunch time and both times were sweeping the floors. The floors were very dirty and the sweeping was right in front of the open face bread storage. It was very obvious the bread was contaminated from the trash from the floors—-only inches away from the floor. This issue is a training issue and should be corrected immediately. Secondly, numerous leftover breads from earlier meals were stored on the counter by the meat cabinet. Not covered but actually laying against the window etc. Can’t be a sanitary environment. Needs attention!!

My experience with Jersey Mike’s today was terrible. I ordered my sandwich on white bread which was stale and old. You should never get a $10 sandwich from the sub shop on old bread. I am very disappointed.
