Cancro Special
Provolone, roast beef and pepperoni. In the summer of ’74, the Pepsi delivery man requested a curious combination of provolone, roast beef, and pepperoni. Peter Cancro’s brother, John, liked the sandwich so much, he gave it the family name and a menu spot of its own.

This place is not good, the sandwiches have no taste at all, I couldn’t even tell what I was eating. This location is terribly managed, we came in for lunch and the place was packed, zero organization from the staff lead to us waiting for over 30 minutes to get through the line. Save your money and go to Subway…this place is a joke.

The girl working behind the counter last Wednesday afternoon was really rude and abrupt. Said “what do you want?”, without making any eye contact. Stared out the window during the whole transaction which was really uncomfortable. She acts like you’re inconveniencing her and wasting her time. Threw my son’s sandwich on the counter. Won’t be back. Worst customer service I’ve received in a long time. Then she has the audacity to prompt for a tip… I should have just walked out.

I’ve been popping in here before work for the past few yers and the customer service and food is always excellent/above average. However, Drew waited on me and three others the other day and I am extremely impressed. When I walked in after the group, I was a little worried I’d be running behind for work but, wow! He was so fast I was actually shocked because I haven’t seen this type of speed in Gulf Breeze because everyone is on beach mode. He was also super nice, while taking care of us. Definitely will continue to come in for the great service and food!!

I was so excited about them opening a store here in Gulfbreeze because I love their sandwiches so much. The first time I went there I was received with very poor customer service. They barely talked to me and when I said thank you I didnt even get a response just silence. So I went back and when I walked in the girl that works there just said to me “what do you want?” I mean really??? She was very rude! The customer service is horrible. Makes me feel very uncomfortable when I go there. I dont think I’m going back. Such a shame how workers can ruin such a nice place. Very unprofessional and rude people.

I placed an order through Postmates to be picked up at Jersey Mike’s. Delivery time was ETA 7:35 PM. Well Postmates never showed up and I ended up calling at 8 o’clock. TRINITY answer the phone and let me know that indeed they had not been there yet to pick up the food. I let her know that I would drive there and pick it up myself. When I arrived Trinity let me know that she made sure my food was fresh! Definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Olivia and Drew went above and beyond to ensure my Uber Eats customer received ger sandwich. The order was placed right at closing time, and there was a problem between the app and the store. Olivia made the decision to make the food past their normal closing hours. This made my customer very happy and allowed me to get paid for my trip. Olivia and Drew saved the day (or night)!
