Food always tastes great but they really need to do something about their bowl options. If someone orders a bowl option then the meat amount needs to be increased or the price needs to be reduced. It should not be the same amount as when you order a full sub.

Although the store only had about 2 customers when I came in, I had to wait a period of time for my sub to be prepared. While there were 2 workers in the store, they appeared to be slammed with online orders. The workers were great and very friendly, but making customers who opt to order in the store wait when it is nearly empty is not good.

I’ve been coming to this location for a bit now and have always been met with good food and service and maybe it was an off day. But wow, I ask for a mushroom and swiss and to replace the cheese with pepperjack and was just given a blank stare, and I proceeded to wait 40 minutes for one item as several other orders were pushed out. And at the end of it all to be given a sub that had the cheese I didn’t ask for, parmesan, and only to be told there were no green peppers after it was already made and handed to me. i normally don’t complain but this was just not it, please communicate better with customers and ask for clarification when needed.

Good if not great sandwiches here at jersey mikes. I ate here a couple of times and let me tell you I was never ever disappointed in the food. They cut the meat there so you can tell them how thick cut you want your meat which is really nice for someone like me who like a certain thickness of lunch meat. The subs are great for the price and the atmosphere in the restaurant is wonderful. Makes you feel great when you walk in. The customer service is wonderful and the team there listens to how you want your sandwich and what you desire. I love the Italian and a few others. The sodas were great per usual but I was very impressed with my few visits at jersey mikes and i’ll definitely be back sooner or later.

Had a birthday sub to use. Did not realize I ALSO had enough points for a second free sub. Guy at the counter freely volunteered that info as well as throwing out a couple recommendations, which I’ve actually never had anyone do willingly at a sub shop, so that was nice. Subs themselves were perfect and delicious. Service was quick despite being fairly busy. Will definitely be back.

Jonathan is amazing! He was personable and so helpful and cautious I have a gluten allergy and he was beyond careful and kind and explanatory after another store made a mistake! The morale at this location is at an all time LOW. My husband and I walked into the location, and immediately noticed the lengthy line, and only two employees working, but we still decided to wait. The workers started to prepare online orders, while there were customers in front of them waiting to be served. After waiting 10 minutes and noticing the line wasn’t moving, my husband and I decided to leave. While quietly walking out the door, the employee (white male with long brown hair ponytail, no name tag attached to his shirt) yells sarcastically “have a great day” and starts laughing and smirking with the other employee. Very inappropriate conscending behavior for no reason at all. It’s nothing funny, about losing business due to slow service. But this is why kids shouldn’t be running a business without supervision. We went next door and spent my money with a business more efficient. I will not return to this location. This behavior was completely inappropriate and distasteful.
