Came in on Sunday. Sixteenth of july six p m. Water on the floor from the soda machine. As I begin to order, I see a roach crawling on the counter near the slicer. Told the employee he came around and killed the roach. As he went back to the slice of machine. There was a fly on the Slicer machine. Rough looking crew. I’ve seen enough and I walked out….

Staff never knows what they’re doing. Quality is inconsistent. Management is never anywhere to be found. They just have a shift leader who barely knows what’s going on. Not going to this location ever again.

That’s twice in 2 weeks that I’ve paid $20+ for a sub with extra meat on it, no extra meat on it. Buckwheat screws up my order and then gives me an attitude when I complain about it. I’ll go to Publix from now on.

Love the Steak & Cheese, especially on a wrap versus bread – but once in awhile – they screw it up – which happened on 1/24/2023 around noon for my mobile order. I’ll edit post if management chooses to contact me – as I posted a comment on the corp web site.

Mobile order of 3 subs was incorrect FOUR times; had to keep going back into the store. No customer service, no one ever greeted me, said thank you, have a nice day, sorry your order keeps being incorrect, etc. Nothing, not even from the manager, Ashley. Should have just gotten a refund the fourth time I had to go in. Just a horrible, frustrating experience. Been to this store many times, but won’t be back. Worth it to drive a little further for better service and an actual effort to make sure a simple order is correct.
