Cancro Special
Provolone, roast beef and pepperoni. In the summer of ’74, the Pepsi delivery man requested a curious combination of provolone, roast beef, and pepperoni. Peter Cancro’s brother, John, liked the sandwich so much, he gave it the family name and a menu spot of its own.

Incredibly nice staff. There was an error with the last order, and the manager put my name into the system, so when I came the next time I had a free giant sub waiting for me. That’s good business. They have something for everybody, except no spinach. Which I don’t like anyways but annoyed someone in my party. They’re always kind, friendly, say hello at the door, and as you can see by the employee filling the shelf, she was doing so with a big smile on her face, and conversing with me the whole time. Good food. Good people, and a new portobello sub for you herbivores. But don’t worry carnivores, you will leave full of meat. Perfect place for omnivores as well.

Ordered a Chipotle steak sandwich.. asked for swiss cheese.. got White American cheese(which,I can’t stand). Basically, the sandwich is bread and American cheese.. oh, and I’m missing the Chipotle sauce. I’ve noticed over the last couple of months, this location has been going down hill. Meat is substandard. Can get a better sandwich at home, and cheaper. Last time I will purchase anything from Jersey Mikes.. Very disappointed. I used to love their sandwiches. This taste like a steak-um..
