Stickball Special
Provolone, ham and salami. Ordering a #2 with salami instead of cappaculo became a mouthful for some of our hungry customers, so we gave it a name and a number to call its own. The Stickball Special comes with provolone, ham, and salami and truly knocks it out of the park.
Cancro Special
Provolone, roast beef and pepperoni. In the summer of ’74, the Pepsi delivery man requested a curious combination of provolone, roast beef, and pepperoni. Peter Cancro’s brother, John, liked the sandwich so much, he gave it the family name and a menu spot of its own.

Went to pick up an order my wife placed online. No other customers in the store. I know why now. Was not greeted pleasantly. I felt like I was intruding and being an inconvenience to the older women behind the counter. I told her I was there for an online order under my wife’s name and she looked at me like I was crazy then I had to ask her if they received the order. I got a snappy “no” in return. Then was told there are 2 other locations on this street as well. No further effort to be of service or even an empathetic “sorry about that”. As a former employee of this company I know that customer service is paramount to their brand. Do better next time.

Went here got 4 subs paid for xtra on one of them which is a good thing I did. Had I not all my subs would have probably looked like this one I. Did not pay for xtra meat on. I must say this is crazy that I even spent almost $10 on this bread, it’s not that good….but seriously you need to add more portion to the bread on your sandwiches. Look at the difference on the one I paid for extra on and the one I didn’t. Very dissatisfied in this.
