Please don’t contemplate about the comments below as everyone has their own opinion..and I respect that. I eat at, this particular, Jersey Mike’s once a week if not more. I will say that the staff is AMAZING! The service is OUTSTANDING and the food is top notch. So next time if you have a negative review then talk to them versus firing off on google review. No need for the craziness as we already have that in the world. Be kind as they are always doing their best.

Horrible experience.. waited over an hour for a pickup. Never got my food. Was late to go back to work… Second time this has happened.. tries calling restaurant and no one is answering!! Stood there by the pickup section and not one person asked if I was waiting for something or the name the order is placed under. I just want my money back.. watched 15 people go up and get their food while I’m just sitting there starving. Never coming back to Jersey Mike’s..

Ordered my sub with no mayo, as I have a severe allergy to egg. Got all the way home with my food, and there is mayo all over it. Nice job…. Was unable to eat my food, and was refused a refund. Horrible service. You reminded me why it’s been over a year since I’ve been to a jersey mikes. Definitely won’t be back.
