My husband and I went to Jersey Mikes on the night of Tuesday, 8/23/2023. We started to go to Foosackly’s instead, but we decided that it’s been a while since we’ve eaten at Jersey Mikes, so why not. We had both worked late and needed something quick to grab. We stoid there waiting to even be greeted for about 5 minutes when we 1st came in, which should have been a red flag to just leave. My husband said, “Are they not going to take our order or say anything? Then he asked if I wanted to go somewhere else. Then the young ladybasked us if we were ready to order. He asked me what I wanted to do. I advised him that we can just get something since we were there. We purchased 2 giant subs. No chip, no drinks. I got the Chipotle Chicken Sub, and he ordered a chicken cheese steak. We asked if they could cut the sub in 4 pieces as we normally have them do, and was told no problem. We left and went home and sat down to eat. The bread was hard as if it were old. I wish I had taken pictures because some of the conditions of the store were not at all up to the standard of what I am used to seeing at this restaurant. There was a half of sub thrown in the cooler which housed the packaged meat. There was absolutely no Chipotle Mayo on my sandwich at all. The meat was extremely dry and overcooked, plus it wasn’t cut into 4 pieces, which isn’t as big of a problem because I can cut it myself. The sandwich was not edible for me. My husband said the same that his sandwich was hard and overcooked as well as dry. Which says a lot because he doesn’t like a wet sandwich. To spend $38.06 for 2 sandwiches and they will not be edible makes no sense at all. I called back up to the store and spoke with the young lady who took & tendered my order, I advised that the sandwiches that the young man made were dry and overcooked, and the bread was hard. She stated that we could come back tomorrow and have them replaced. I advised that I will be leaving out the next morning heading to a business meeting in Montgomery and will be gone for the next 2 days. She stated that you can come anytime this week. I advised that this is our dinner for tonight. I asked what time they closed. She advised that they were already closed. I also advised that she never gave me my receipt, but since I paid with a card and a duplicate was in the bad, I didn’t care much. The receipt stated that we dined in, but in fact, it was a to-go order. I asked if I could speak with a manager she said there was no Manger there and that the guy who made the sandwiches was new. Then I asked if we had the sandwiches, I advised yes, and she said well u can bring them back tomorrow.” I advised that I would be out of town once again. Not satisfactory at all. I wish that we had just gone to Foosackly’s and not had this problem. My husband may take them back, but I’m not sure. I don’t think that I will be returning unless there is a manager when we step in the door from here on out. I had birthday shore points that I didn’t use or anything.

The sub was a bit pricey. But it was delicious. I bought a gargantuan sub. It was bigger than a large sub from Subway. It was 15 inches and every bite of it was tasty.

I always enjoy my food from Jersey Mike’s. The service was good and the two young men working were friendly. This time I tried a salad and was not disappointed. Keep up the good work!!

First time trying Mike’s. It was good, customer service was amazing! My wife is not too happy tho. Something was on the second half of her sandwich and she refuses to eat it now. Looks kinda like mold, but not sure how on “fresh baked bread.” Pics posted.

If I could give them a 6th star, I would. Wow! I make it a point to stop at every Jersey Mike’s I see. This one blows them all out of the water. The food phenomenal, the service was superb, and they were busy. They run like a swiss clock and it shows that they have pride in that. Many customers came in that are regulars. That shows they are consistent with how awesome they are.

Great sub shop. I’ve only had their chicken Philly so far (they have several different versions and I have tried a few of them). I would have given 5* but the customer service needs work and they are pricey. I get their biggest sub with a bag of chips and a lrg drink and it’s $20.
