Ordered 3 sandwiches. giant cheese steak, gIsn’t Italian, And a portabella mushroom bowl reg. Got my sandwiches. Stood there waiting on my bowl. She had one I ask her if I could have tomatoes. She said this one is not yours. So went to the cook. He started it. Picture tells it all. I would say he is new but the manager that was helping him was not. Not worth the 10 spent. Lesson Learned

This location is not what it use to be. I noticed this about 3 mos ago. When I went tonight, I knew I was done. I always order the Big Philly on wheat wrap. I’m not sure if the guy on the grill was new. He took forever to fix my sandwich (he had another order he was working on). When he was grilling the steak, he started coughing and put his arm over his mouth. I believe the part that hit me was, the guy with the curly hair had to roll it up for him because he didn’t know how. I’m looking the whole time and it didn’t look like a wheat wrap. When the curly head guy was getting ready to hand me my sandwich. I said was that a wheat wrap, he said yes and laid my darn sandwich down. Yes, I was hot! I got home and guess what, not wheat!!!! I’m not sure who the manager is, but it wasn’t like this before. They had bread and crumbs and everything else on the floor, very nasty. If the manager read this, please have an older person there that can help teach them customer service !

Samwich was good. Service is okay not very social. Didn’t get any sort of good vibe from staff. Wall I sat next to (as you enter- on the right) seems to have soda splash on it from a few days ago.anyone serving food should be wearing a hairnet.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I am finally feeling better to write about what happened to me last week. I ordered via the app for delivery since I had just had surgery. It had been almost an hr so I called the restaurant, a girl answered and told me “They don’t do delivery” I proceeded to say I order delivery a lot via your app, yes you do. She snaps and says “No we don’t, what do you want me to do” Well I paid for food, how can I get it? She told me to come pick it up and slams the phone down. I was very polite and it is disheartening you cannot get good service anymore. I called back, she picked the ph up and said, “Yeah” I asked for a mgr she begin laughing and talking to Michael who gets on the ph and tells me the same thing that they do not deliver and that he has “Been made my sandwich” I ask for a refund since I am not getting any help. During this time I get a text about the delivery. He told me if I don’t get it call back, by this time I don’t want the food, it is no telling what they have done or doing with it. The “mgr” Michael tone changed when I said I would reach out to corporate to handle it. I ask for the ladies name he said it was Cynthia not sure if it was a fake name or what. I received the order 30 mins later with the sandwich open, I was not going to eat the sandwich so I ordered something else to eat. I would like my money back and this store needs to retrain their employees because the week before I ordered a sandwich that came drenched in oil and I have pics, we threw it away because it was inedible but didnt call for a refund. Not this time, I want my money back!!!

Listen, I love them. This was my first experience at this location, the one closer to my house was closed. So in the notes of my order I was being silly about the amount of ranch I wanted and ended the note by saying “please don’t spit on my sandwich I love y’all <3”. So I place my order and go pick it up and when I get home I unwrap my sandwich and got a great laugh. They are great and it really made my day. I hope they see this! Thank you ♥️♥️

As someone who used to work at this location when I was in high school and also worked at other locations for a couple years, this location has went extremely downhill. Every single time I order from this location my order is made wrong and it’s not just my order it’s the other people that I order for too that’s made wrong. I usually try not to order from this location because this is always the outcome. If you want a good location go to the Memorial one. I’ve never had an issue there and I don’t write reviews but don’t waste your time ordering here. Just high schoolers that don’t get trained properly because the manager Tyler is never around to train anybody. Hope this helps people who don’t wanna deal with the nonsense.

I am not one to post a negative review without giving someone a chance, I did, twice. I regularly make a large order for our office and take the time to type the name of each person is so they can label it. Again today, no labels, so we all had the pleasure of digging through each other’s sandwiches to figure out whos is whos. Side note, no napkins in bag, out of straws, and bathroom had no soap. Food was solid as usual other than a wrap being served like a taco.

Last time we eat here. Twice we have ordered on line, stood in the store at the time to pick up order, been told the order is being worked on. This turns out to not be true. The line of customers is completely served. 20 minutes later someone has to go ask about the order to find out it has not even been started yet. When asking about why, there was never an apology. Today, they could not even hand the bag to me when they were done. They set it on the rack and walked off and I had to got check it to see if it was ours.
