This is the Jersey Mike’s closest to us but we drive to the one further away because of how terrible the service is here every time. We were hoping it would improve after the remodel but they are still hiring people who must be high on the job. I don’t understand how they are still open.

Historically, I’ve always liked Jersey Mike’s as a franchise. Find a location with a good staff and it’s a pretty solid sub. Unfortunately, this particular store seems to have become a perpetual Clown Show. It had already been run into the ground by the previous owners, who had a staff that behaved as if they were auditioning for the Jerry Springer Show. I was hopeful that things would improve as they have new ownership. While the corporate renovations have made the store much cleaner and appealing, the two times that I’ve ordered were disappointing. Both times the sandwichs were rather skimpy on the meats and other ingredients. Not what I would have considered “giant” or “super”. However, I decided to give them a third chance, but today was the last straw. Walked in at 1:30pm on a Sunday and they had a sign in the window that looked like Kindergarten artwork that said “no turkey or chicken”. Fair enough, I guess I’lll order an Italian, but when I approached the counter, they informed me that they had run out of lettuce. Theater Of The Absurd! I’m done with this location. At least the place is cleaner and the new staff is better mannered than the previous crew, but the management appears to not be able to get ship up to overall standard. I’m out!

I love Jersey Mike’s but this location was horrible. The customer Service was non existent and we waited for quite some time to get our food and the employees just stared blankly at us. After standing at the counter for about 15 minutes a different employee came to finish up my order and they never started my friends order so he ended up changing what he wanted because we had to get back to work. I wouldn’t recommend this location and will not be returning.

What I ordered for $28 with a tiny bag of Lay’s chips vs what I received was raw uncooked grinder/sub roll and sloppily put together.

Not a fan since the ownership has changed. Used to go a couple times a week, now it’s once every couple months. Quality has certainly gone down the last few months. As has overall customer service.

It’s a jersey mikes that is extra clean inside with friendly staff and consistently good food. The team working there was consistently cleaning and talking to regulars and seemed to genuinely enjoy working there which we are huge fans of. The food – don’t be alarmed by the first sandwich. J got a turkey BLT and ate a lot of it before remembering to take a picture (my bad). P got the chicken marinara and it was a standard sammy that made him less hungry. Nothing too out of this world, but it was a nice spot for a quick bite in the Bellevue area.

Placed a to-go order to be ready at 5:24 pm. Arrived at 5:25 to find 10 other people also waiting on their to-go orders. Mine was finally ready at 5:50, when I got home we discovered that one sub was completely wrong – not even close to what we ordered. Worst JM in the area by far.

Don’t want to go back to this location. I had gotten parmesan cheese on all my subs there for years. When I asked for it the girl was very rude and stated that they never served parmesan on subs before. I know that was a lie because I’d been getting it at that location for years and I told her so. I’ll be sure to order from the Whitebridge Rd location from now on.
