Cancro Special
Provolone, roast beef and pepperoni. In the summer of ’74, the Pepsi delivery man requested a curious combination of provolone, roast beef, and pepperoni. Peter Cancro’s brother, John, liked the sandwich so much, he gave it the family name and a menu spot of its own.

I am at Jersey Mike’s-Mountcastle 3 to 4 times a month because my child loves sandwiches. Today, while in the middle of my order being finished a to-go customer came in and started asking about her order and 4 employees stopped working on my order to help this lady. I appreciate the fact that to go orders are so easy to place and pickup these days but what happened to customer service for those of us in the store. 1 person (the one not making my sandwich and the one not running the register) should have helped this lady while I continued to get service. Not very good service for those in the store in my opinion!

Just had such a bad customer service experience. When my husband and I ordered two gluten free subs the woman had an attitude when we told her it was an allergy, when I told her I was pregnant and needed my meat grilled she yelled back at the person on grill and they both implied in their tone that it was a massive hassle. I decided to leave and try a different Jersey Mikes as other locations have been much more accommodating about the gluten allergy and pregnancy. So thankful JM offers amazing gf bread, but this location’s customer service was the OPPOSITE of hospitable 🙁

My girlfriend and I are fairly picky about where we eat because we have dietary restrictions and many restaurant employees aren’t adaptable enough to meet our needs. That said, this is one of our favorite places to eat. ALL of their employees are personable, polite or both. I am always impressed with their quality level. It’s high and consistent. I work in an industry where customer satisfaction is everything, and I have taken notes from these guys. This really is a great team they have here.
