First time at Jersey Mike’s. I had the Big Kahuna cheesesteak, my wife had the Jersey Shore’s favorite. The sandwiches were served fresh and mine was piping hot. The staff was friendly. However both of us thought the sandwich’s were light on flavor.

Finally tried Jersey mikes at the Pinnacle today with my husband. We wanted to LOVE it! Complete opposite. We didn’t like it at all. Husband ordered a chicken Chipotle giant. We have no idea what the so called chicken is. It had the consistency of the chicken you may find in a can. Mushy and shredded. Ick! His was just a big pile of Mushyess. He couldn’t eat it. What a waste of food and money that was. I got the tuna giant. For $14 it would have been nice to actually have some tuna on it. Was very skimpy. As was the lettuce and tomato. I got the parm bread…big mistake as it was so hard i had to peel that off to even eat my sandwich. We’ve never been here before so wasn’t sure what size to get so ordered giants. FYI same size as subway. The chips were good. I took pics of our sandwiches and have reciept but find no where to post it here.

Great subs made with fresh ingredients! Huge portions! Friendly staff too. Would have liked to see the dining area wiped down. The table tops were dirty even though the restaurant was empty. All the employees were just hanging out behind the counter talking. Decided to get my food to go to just eat in my car.

A sandwich shop that has pricing higher than a dine in restaurant. Could not even get the order right in regards to the type of bread. Poor quality for the price.

Stopped in here today to get a sub and I could immediately tell all three of the employees was making fun of me whenever I walked in, however I decided to order anyways the station was absolutely filthy and the lettuce was brown where it had been sitting out. Got my sub paid 10 dollars and it wasn’t even editable. Do not recommend.

The guy that fixed my subs was extremely nice and patient. I had an order for 4 different subs and had to call back home and get a few details and he was so nice he had pen in hand ready to write down what I found out. Love their subs!! Will definitely be going back!

First their bacon is the bomb! I don’t have a JM near me so I enjoy stopping in for a sub when I’m close to one. I like that you can choose from 3 sizes of sandwiches. The ingredients are always fresh & the thin slicing on the onion is perfect. Having root beer on the drink machine is a treat. I’d like to give one of the employees at this location huge props for customer service. Don’t know his name but a middle aged man. While eating my sandwich an out of state couple came in & ordered a veggie sub. This was on the Saturday after Thanksgiving so the strip mall was extremely busy, as was JM. They stated they didn’t eat any meat & could the slicer be cleaned before slicing the green pepper. I honestly was expecting a quick swipe of the blade with a wet cloth, however the employee took his time and thoroughly cleaned the slicer. Very respectful and professional in my opinion. Also phenomenal work ethic! Jersey Mike’s is a good decision.
