Cancro Special
Provolone, roast beef and pepperoni. In the summer of ’74, the Pepsi delivery man requested a curious combination of provolone, roast beef, and pepperoni. Peter Cancro’s brother, John, liked the sandwich so much, he gave it the family name and a menu spot of its own.

Half of the sandwich was thrown into the bottom of the bag unwrapped. Lettuce was brown and disgusting. Paid an extra $2.75 for EXTRA bacon and received only 2 pieces total, bread was very hard and crumbly.

It was a bit Pricey but for the amount of food I got, I guess it wasn’t too bad. Considering my sub was ENORMOUS!! Love how BIG these subs are and it’s a perfect place to eat with your family. Especially if everyone is HUNGRY ! So if you guys come here, you BETTER BE VERY HUNGRY!!

First order here was incorrect – gave them another try a week later told them order 4 times – girl could not seem to understand mustard, fried onions, mushroom so she got a male with piercings who wrote down the order – as they are making the order I point out it looks wrong – they hand me the wrapped sub – I open it and sure enough incorrect. I said – I asked for mustard no cheese – the male responds “you didn’t say mustard” – at this point I did become irate as I had now repeated myself 5 times and an attitude is the last thing I should get when they cannot get a simple order correct. I said I sure as hell did – he said “I’ll fix it” and I said fix your attitude as well. all they did was try and scrape the cheese off. Do NOT go here they can not get simple orders correct. And for people with any food allergy you are at risk.

We had a large sandwich order made online and since delivery does not come to my location, we drove over an hour to get pick up our online order. DoorDash said that our order was ready. Upon arriving to this location, we were told that there was NO BREAD. The employees sat there with our ticket in hand looking lost and dumbfounded. No one called, NO ONE APOLOGIZED and no one offered a solution. So after driving an hour to pick up our order that was already paid for we left hungry, upset, and empty handed. We obviously thought jersey mikes was worth the effort to drive all the way to pick it up so we are highly disappointed and shocked at the utter incompetency of the employees at this location. I not only would like a refund but I would also like some sort of compensation for the gas, mileage, and time that was completely wasted due to this fiasco.

We had a group of 3 in store to order food. They took the first two’s order and then stopped and prepared to go orders. The first two were almost done eating before I got to order my food. I thought I was going to have to leave without food as we had a limited time for lunch.

This used to be my favorite places to eat, but not anymore. Everything is just mediocre at best now. When I place an order and SAY EVERYTING except mayo why must they still ask about every item individually. Overall quality of food and service has declined.

Food is meh, told employee I have never ate at Jersey Mikes before, he did not offer any options like different breads, cheeses, do you toast the bread, nothing, got the Philly steak and cheese, was soggy and bland, just a melty blob. Very unimpressed.
