The first time we got a sub was when they had a soft opening. The employees were wonderful && the service fast but, they overdid the oil on the sandwich which made the bread pretty soggy. The second time I purchased a sub was today. I got the portabella cheese steak and substituted the American white cheese for Swiss. I was not sure if the special instructions would pop up. It wouldn’t let me change the cheese through the app so I called to be sure. The instructions do NOT pop up on the employee side when placing an order through the app so, I’m glad I called! Again today, service was fast and the employees were wonderful, but they did not substitute my cheese, and there were no red peppers on my sandwich like shown. Still a great sandwhich!! It’s early on so I will absolutely try again
