I came to get my free giant sub , let’s talk about the customer service!!!! 10 Stars the team was really nice but one guy stood out jay jay I hope I’m spelling his name right I like a lot of vinaigrette for my sandwich and it may get on some people nerves but not his he even game me the right bag so I can carry my twins while my husband was at Kroger ! I went here to get a grilled turkey and provolone sub, and that’s how I ordered it upfront. When I asked for it to be grilled again, they told me that they couldn’t do it because the grill was backed up. They had already put meat on my sub, and just kinda looked at me like I needed to just take it cold. So I did. I was extremely unhappy with how it was handled. They should’ve started with telling me that they couldn’t grill any subs and I would have left. But I felt pressured into buying something that I didnt want. Ended up throwing the sub away. They also charge me for a drink I didn’t ask for. Next time I’ll just go to Jimmy John’s.

Subs are great! But this location sucks! I’ve been coming here for a few years and the staff with a few exceptions are terrible in terms of customer service. Specifically the evening Staff. Not to mention the amount of times Ive attempted to walk in only to see a sign that “the Lobby is closed, online ordering only”

Waiting in line for 10 minutes to get up to order only to be told that it was going to be another 15 minutes to make a cheesesteak. So 25 minutes to make 1 sandwich and waste half my lunch hour. Yea that’s not happening. I just walked out and won’t be back. I’ll just get Jimmy John’s or Subway going forward. They at least don’t waste my time.

Picked up a doordash order and the upon going to check the bag to make everything was there, the man at the counter snipped that everything was in there and there was no need to check. Get home and both sandwiches were made incorrectly, it was missing both chips and the cookie was a single verses the 3pack ordered. Not sure if he was just having a bad day, but definitely double check your orders just in case. It’s not necessarily that the order was wrong, moreso that the person at the counter was rude about it. When returning, he was argumentative about fixing the mistake. Just disappointing experience. Won’t be coming back to this specific location.

Had a door dash delivery that went wrong. Placed an order and had the person kindly return our order. Driver gave it to wrong address. Tried calling at least 6 times and no one ever answers! This is the only thing I can say this store is poor at. Couldn’t cancel ❌ the 2 nd order. We love jersey Mike’s and it’s why we re-ordered it but to pick up this time. Isn’t the 1st time we’ve had this problem.. thinking we won’t come back again. Sorry but it’s now 8 o’clock and I’m starving. Please answer your phones!
