Normally a huge Jersey Mike’s fan…this place has the WORST STAFF EVER. I’m not from this area, went here because my child was in a nearby hospital for multiple days. Did online order, get back to the hospital and they totally botched my wife’s (all good so far, accidents happen). She calls explaining the refund and they are persistent that a manager made the sub correctly. She explains our situation at the hospital and asks for a refund. They pass the phone around and multiple people (including “managers”) say they can’t refund without returning the sub regardless of our situation. So I have to leave my daughter and wife at the hospital and return the sub. I arrive and they still insist sub was made correctly so I pull the sub out of the bag and show them the description of the online order. They finally refund me and then give me grief about coming in when they were the ones insisting I do so. Thanks Jersey Mike’s staff for taking time away from my daughter in the hospital!

My dad came in the store today to order 2 sandwiches around 8:15 pm saw one of the employees running around cleaning tables. My father asked the female employee if she was ok because she was moving fast and got close to him when she walked towards him. She went to the store manager said my father said something derogatory towards towards her. The manager walked up to my dad asked what he said to her. He said hey I asked if she was ok. He yelled In the store at the top of his lungs I don’t want you in here. My father said I’m going to go to social media about this. Guy makes a gesture to him said oooo I’m scared. Store manager Threatened him to call the cops. Anyway my dad spends 300 dollars a month in this place and leaves good tips. I never want anyone to get treated like this just because he asked if someone was ok. I hope the owner sees this and reaches out. They did not even give my dad the full refund for the sandwich when he already paid only gave him half. This is wrong and I hope no one goes there no more.

Went with my wife and son. Got the philly because that’s what I get anywhere that has a philly, and to me is the true test of how good the food is. She got an chicken bacon ranch. Dont know how that tastes, she liked it and it looked amazing. My philly was awesome. They remembered to sub provolone for american. Which for some reaso everyone forgets. The sub was great, the pepers and onions tasted really good amd weren’t just filler. I love their bread honestly. The restaurant was clean, bordering on spotless. The staff was friendly, yet efficent. Got out food quick, which is great when you have an inpatient toddler. Definitely will go back.

Stopped tonight for subs I mean honestly why write my order down if not going to make it. 1 of 2 subs was fixed – the other one I just picked everything off not wanted or ordered. I get places are short staffed I work two jobs myself. But makes me mad when I tip on expensive subs and 0 of 2 are made right. It’s fine I will be back just venting.

Great shop. Hot and cold subs are both delicious and made fresh. Staff is friendly and works very fast. If you want a lot of customizations to your order I would recommend ordering inside the shop. They messed up one of my orders for delivery once, but nobody is perfect.
