Cannot say enough positive things about this location. Post COVID every fast food location is awful, between the food quality going down, customer service bottoming out and prices sky rocketing. I’m glad to say I found a place where this does not apply. Jersey mikes in solon is the exception, the employees have awesome customer service skills, the foods fresh, you’re in and out quickly. 10/10.

Excellent customer service combined with truly delicious food, that is what comes to mind when asked to describe my experience at Jersey Mikes’s Solon, Ohio location. Best sandwich I’ve had in a long time, enjoyed every bite. The friendliness of the staff was the icing on the cake and took my customer experience from great to outstanding! It was a very delightful meal I sat here by myself no one in the restaurant and it’s kind of a slow day phone but it was nice I was able to make my phone calls and no one screaming in the background or nothing like that and this is my second time out of Jersey Mike’s and I thoroughly enjoyed it thank you very much
