Was here opening day and they messed up both my sandwiches. Called and said to talk to manager next day. Stopped in and he had already given me a credit on order ticket. Came on today to redeem and the manager (older black guy) couldn’t find it and said they throw them away after a few days. Wouldn’t honor my order. I left. For proof, chicken bacon ranch sandwich with no sign of bacon.

This is the second incident at this location. First they sent the wrong chips last month. I knew there was no way they were out of stock of regular lays. So I drove up there and yes in fact they had them. Customer service from the manager was terrible. I asked for the GM to call and he never did. Today I ordered a giant (Ham) and a regular (BLT). They switched the sandwiches. Completely unacceptable mistakes and carelessness that seems to be a pattern.

I love Jersey Mike’s and the food!! But this locations employees could use some work. Second time coming no one greets me coming in & even standing at the line and clearly the kids are waiting for something to do. The first training easily can be greeting/taking orders but for some reason they are topping sandwiches that no one knows how to do Jersey Mike’s way. Like its annoying to see the craft of Mike’s way done SO poorly. As a previous manager at the number two store in the nation out in cali, its frustrating to not see the same training be done. They don’t pay attention, shorted me money when I knew the kid was gonna do it because he was struggling to count. The manager clearly was busy on phone, hopefully getting adults who know what they are doing to run this store. Please just train these high schoolers to have the great customer service they will need in the world because that’s not happening at this location. Many mess up for multiple orders just when I was there. I will be back for the food and hopefully better service.

Second time going and this location and they still didn’t have it together! Ordered a sub and asked for it mikes way, the girl was clearly new and added 4 tiny pieces of onion, a couple pickles and jalapeños. I was paying not watching them finish make my sandwich and got home to realize there was no oil, vinegar, or seasoning. Came back so it could be fixed (because they won’t do anything else to help fix their problem they made) and the manager (same guy from last visit) seems to only care about certain customers as he chatted away and pay no attention to what’s actually happening or read a room like another person said in their review. I’ll say the girl who was finishing subs by wrapping them (wearing glasses) was very polite! That’s all this location has going for them.

Horrible experience, workers don’t care and it shows. Watched them put my bread on an area just cleaned with chemicals and they didn’t finish cleaning the area so my bread definitely sat in who knows what. Didn’t even get the order right because they don’t listen. Splashed oil and vinegar all over the next persons sub because it was next to mine and that customer didn’t want any of that. Wow. Never again.

This location has way less options than Blue Ash, which is just a couple miles away and is more expensive across the board. Every sub is .50 more, extra mushrooms are .45 cents more than other stores

Went in during lunch time to grab a sandwich. There seemed to be no sense of urgency with getting the line down and people taken care of. The guy cutting the meats was moving at a sloths pace and compared to other Jersey Mike’s I’ve been to, the portions were very small from the meats and cheeses to the toppings. Walked out with not getting a sub. Hopefully they’ll fix there issues to be successful!
