Very good place to eat. The staff was friendly and engaged with the customers. They even wrote “Happy Father’s Day from Jersy Mike’s” on my sub. The staff takes that extra step to make you feel like more than just another person. The food, outstanding. You get your money worth in quality and quantity.

Man do I love Jersey Mike’s. What I don’t like is poor customer service. It is super easy and it is free. I had an online order that was wrong. I spoke with the manager to get it comped on my next order. I go in today to get my replacement sub. I tell them the order, tell them what happened and their demeanor went from happy to not happy. They asked me what sub it was and who I spoke to. Providing the information I could, they reluctantly made my food and comped my sub. After waiting longer than needed for my hot food to even get started on, my food was ready to go. When it was handed over, I said thank you and have a good day, the return could only be described as a grunt. If you don’t want to replace wrong orders, then don’t expect me to come back for you to get it wrong initially.

Update: Be cautious if pregnant! Usually when asked to heat up the deli meat, they have no issue; however, today the “gentleman” working the order taking seemed to not understand this and all but ignored me. He said “well..we are really busy”. There were TWO other customers. If he did heat it up, it was 1 second per side. Wife had to re-heat the meat at home to be sure it was safe.

Well, my 2nd visit wasn’t nearly as good as my first. Only 2 people in front of me, but it still took over 15 minutes to make my 2 subs. I guess they’re not as concerned about speed now that they’ve been open for a bit. Also, the girl at the register was more interested in talking and playing than she was about paying attention to the customers. The crew they had on overall just didn’t seem to be with it. We’ll just have to see how they progress.

Would you please turn on your online ordering! This is the 2nd time I have attempted to place an online order and it has been turned off. 1st time was told not enough help, but when I went in to order there were 8 people standing around. You need to take care of your customers, and use the services the company provides you to do this. Online ordering is one of these tools.
