I have had Jersey Mike’s elsewhere- to go, tasted like a sub sandwich nothing memorable. Dined in, 1st time, short attendant barking out orders asked my order, chicken bacon ranch, then asked me what I wanted on my Philly. I was confused. Just a #26 along with a sub in a tub. Took my name and told me they would call me. Took a seat at the cleanest? available table and waited for a while as numerous folks came in, grabbed to go orders, and left. Felt unappealing and lackluster. Every table needed attention, but not as much as the floor. Got my order, tasted like warm cardboard and ranch. So much for trying something new. Won’t be visiting again.

My bread got to soggy other than that my food was good without my bun. Great customer service from the young men in there! I had the veggie mushroom with extra mushrooms.

Sandwiches are delicious! Since I’m vegetarian, anytime I’ve asked for the slicer to be cleaned out, they always do it without making a big deal of it – much appreciated!

I got catering with this location, but chose takeout. Sunday at 1030, and opened at 10. Walked in at 1030, was greeted by name told me all was ready, 2 boxes of 12. Even added sides I asked for on the side! Thank you all for making this experience smooth and got to the grad party early enough!! Sandwiches were gone within the hour lol Thank you! Highly recommend.

Location is so hot and cold. Today I stood for nearly 10 minutes waiting for help with no customers in the building and 8 employees.

This location is extremely poorly managed. I have given it passes in the past bc it was slow and only a couple there, Covid, whatever. But today was super lame. I ordered my sandwich at 12:23 and came in to pick up at 12:38 as was told. I waited almost an hour for these 2 sandwiches. I love Jersey Mike’s but I am officially never going to the 96th street store ever again. Go to 82nd.

Update came to this location again to eat same deal the meat cutter sliced the mean thin again…. I go to many jersey mikes across a few states and this one the kid who was cutting the meet was given sliver of meat like he kept on changing the cutting setting, and the sandwich looked horrible because there was no meat on it. I watched him do it to everyone’s sub, then got to mine, and I called him out on it and he laughed at me, but you’re not gonna stay in business if you’re not gonna cut the meat properly and give the right portions that go on a sub

I stopped by to grab sandwiches recently. Let me just say I had the best interaction with the most pleasant group of young guys working there. They were friendly, and very professional. Of course, Jersey Mike gives me that bit of EastCoast that I so miss. The closest thing to a TRUE east coast Hoagie.
