Felt like we were an inconvenience to staff and not welcome. Five employees working at 7:30pm on a Sunday night. Take out… when we got home. My Sandwich just thrown together, not even fully cut. Wife’s salad missing 2 of the 5 meats on the # 13 bowl. Not even asked if we wanted chips, a drink or anything else. I know it may not be a perfect job, however I am sure you may still get paid. Please, at least pretend you like people!! It is a sevice industry position.

Never will order again. Everytime I order it would take over 1.5 hours to receive. Last night was the last time. Ordered at 5:30pm at 7:00pm looked again to see where it was since it was supposed to be to me by 6:30pm. It said delivery will be at 7:18pm and driver was waiting at store for order. 7:45pm comes around and I check again and this time it says cancelled! No call, no email NO APOLOGY. When I called the store there was no answer. No answer the 2 other times I called either. Haven’t gotten my money back since they already hit my account immediately to debit for the order and can’t get anyone to contact me regarding this. Save yourself some time and choose a different Jersey Mike’s, this one is a poor example of the brand all together and does not represent the company well at all. Jersey Mikes corporate might wanna fix this before this store damages there reputation anymore.

I will not come back to this location. They have zero process in place for online orders. In past visits the cashier ignored anyone near the order pickup. Today I made sure they knew I was there for an order. They said it would be ready soon. So I waited, and waited. I finally asked again and it had been sitting on the shelf for who knows how long. That is terrible service to acknowledge a customer and then suddenly forget all about them. It’s too bad, the subs are great but service is terrible.

Good service. Horrible sandwich. Will only go to the one on the south side of south bend from now on. Barely any Buffalo on my Buffalo chicken cheesesteak. Couldn’t tell if there was cheese. Meat was cold and no ranch that I substituted for blue cheese.

Very unhappy with the service here. I had to pick a delivery order and waited almost 20 minutes for an order that was supposed to be ready. Everyone that walked after me left before I got my order at the end they say I’m sorry. Your sorry isn’t paying for my time that I lost waiting cause of your terrible management. If you can’t handle the store being busy and delivery orders gets out in time turn off the delivery.
