Been here twice. Good sandwiches but service is slow. The second visit the person making my sandwich decided to make me wait so she could start working on the orders behind me before checking me out. When an order is made and the person is standing right in front of you, you need to complete the order and then move on to the other orders that are waiting

Staff is incredible. I eat at Jersey Mike’s all the time. This location is by far the best in regards to staff. There was a long line, none of the staff seem flustered and kept a positive attitude. This location is 40 minutes away from my house, I’d happily make the extra Drive compared to other ones I’ve been to.

I walked into the store today around 2:10pm only to find a very unruly customer. I just had to take the time to let you guys know that Ms Shea treated the customer with the up most respect. And the rest of the staff was very egar to make the customer happy as well. The lady customer was still unhappy and and yelled with rude comments. You have a great staff and I was very impressed how they handled the situation. I only hope the right person sees this comment and take action to protect a great employee/staff

This is truly ridiculous, why would you make a online order wait for over 40 minutes as I get to watch you make others food. I place my order 15 minutes before I came in, I had to wait a extra 30 in the store. Even after I said something I still have to wait. What type of service is this.

Definitely in my top 3 places for subs. Food is always fresh and hot. Staff is pleasant and efficient. I generally get the #55 the big regular kahuana chicken cheese steak, Mike’s way. Delicious and filling. Get the app to earn points. My last time here I got a free sub.

My husband went in there tonight and walked in at 8:50pm with 2 people already in line. When it was finally his turn the lady at the counter said “sorry we’re closed now”… Really? You guys still have everything out and your gloves on and everything, you can’t just serve the last person in the building at 9:02pm who had been waiting in line? People are incredibly lazy these days it baffles me. Once upon a time when I was in food service we would help whoever was already in the building and then lock the door and help the remaining customers.

The food was good as always. This is the first time visiting this location and I will not be back. The music inside was so loud and the young man taking my order did not listen while I was placing the order he got my sub wrong twice. I had to repeat myself three times due to the headphone hanging out of his ear and the music so loud. I will continue to keep going back to the Dearborn location. Customer service is key and it’s lacking big time in this location.
