Did an online order on 8-1-2023 and went to pick it up about 12:50pm and walked into a packed line waiting for food to be ordered and people waiting in line for mobile/uber orders. Even though there was numerous mobile/uber orders ready to go, no employees were checking names for the mobile/uber people so they could distribute the orders that were already completed, instead they concentrated on waiting on the people in line that still needed to order their food.

Made my order on line at 725pm..was told my order would be ready at 805pm..arrived at the pick up time…food wasnt hardly ready…just started cooking it when my name was called…but mind u when i walked in no one was doing any cooking just talking in the back room…now after receiving my order.. didn’t receive a sorry for being 12 min late and then didnt put my order in a bag and damn near dropped my order when bagging it after i had to ASK for a bag …very very unprofessional Sunday Night 4/16/2023.

You pay extra for toppings and they conveniently forget to put it on the Sandwich, every time… Bacon is all I asked (paid) for extra.. even tipped the workers… like come on… waste of money

Terrible service here Guy in blue shirt was rude not sure what his problem was today. also took 25 minutes to get a number 16 with bacon and whats funy is the guy before me order the same thing its now 12:54 just getting my sub.. So getting back to work for lunch and my sub looks like garbage like somebody balled it up…Never again where I promote or refer anybody to go to this Jersey Mike’s from my district where I work at then I will be posting this on my travel and food page

SLOW AS HECK!!! Every time you go to this location they are lallygagging to making your order. It shouldn’t take 20 mins to slice some bread, deli meat, cheese, and add toppings. The employees are constantly lacking motivation and literally MOVE SO SLOW! I couldn’t believe that I paid extra for bacon and the kid puts the bacon crumbs on my sandwich instead of grabbing from the fresh and full container, which was completely full and in sight to guests. Spending $30 on two MEALS and this is the quality of how we are treated? Lack of motivation, competence… and don’t even get me started on online orders. If those are so important you should have an employee or two dedicated to that station instead of making guests on the inside wait. Owner needs to hire a whole new staff or shut this location down all together. Not coming back here again, I suggest anyone reading this take my advice.

Had the #8 club with hot peppers, and oh yea, it was nice and hot, bacon crisped well, Turkey, lettuce, capuccuao – spelled that wrong, on rosemary cheese tasted well, along with jalapeño Vickies chips. Quite a meal, the 7inch sandwich lasts for two sittings.
