Never once has this location gotten my order right. I’ve ordered from here a total of 6 times, and every single time something is wrong or off. The steak in my sandwich looks and tastes like it was scraped off the ground after sitting there for a week. Beltline location is 10x better, these people are lazy and disgusting and have no sense of food quality. Never had a problem with jersey mikes until I started ordering from this location because it’s closer. I’d rather make the trip to a location further from me for better quality.

Yet another restaurant that ignores take out orders over people in the restaurant. I placed my order 15 minutes prior to arriving. When I arrived I was told it was coming. And then I stood there 7 minutes while they prepared the subs for the 2 people in line who just ordered as I arrived. So what is the point in taking orders online? I could have driven there and got in line and been more valued as a customer. And no apologies for my wait. They just tossed my order up on the pickup shelf and pretended I didn’t exist. 2 Star because the subs are good but for the service I should have gone 1*!

Have been a big fan of Jersey Mikes for years. However lately staff is incredibly slow and lacks customer service. I know these days it’s hard to get good help but it has really turned me off from going as often as I used to. When I got to the ordering area the man who was using the meat slicer was watching something on his phone. Then touched his phone with his gloves on to move it. Never changed his gloves. After several minutes of me standing there finally asked if I was ready to order. Other times I have gone in the same thing happens. He never acknowledges you by saying anything. One time he was just looking at me I asked him if he was ready for me to give him my order since he said nothing. Thankfully the other man who was there made my sandwiches or I would have told the other guy to change his gloves. I also noticed counters and meat slicer were not cleaned down like they used to be. Slicer looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all day. I love jersey mikes would love to see this place get it self back together.

This is our first time trying Jersey Mike’s, and we are very impressed! We ordered online and picked up our food to take home. Our food was done when we arrived, so it was done quickly. Other than putting onions on a sub we ordered without, our order was perfect. Pricing is fair. The sandwiches were delicious! We bought two cold sandwiches and one hot. The #56 Big Kahuna Cheesesteak and #13 Original Italian. Food was fresh, well prepared, and very tasty. We will be trying them again in the future!

Used to have fast service. Last two times I have gone here I end up leaving without any food. Both times spent 15-20 minutes in line watching the staff make sandwiches for deliveries. Need a different system or additional staffing or both. Even if you see a very short line it may still take a very long time to get your order. A real shame because it didn’t used to be like this.

Never going here again.. Idk if it was just a bad day for the workers, but they were very rude and acted like this was the last place they wanted to be. We ended up just sitting in our car while eating our subs. The food was okay- I was hungry and they say anything tastes good when you’re hungry.. Terrible service, I’m sorry all I wanted was a turkey and cheese sub don’t glare at me like that

I’ve ordered sandwiches from this Jersey Mike’s location multiple times and never had a problem; until today. I ordered their #9 Club Supreme on Rosemary Parmesan Bread with Extra Cheese, Extra Meat, Bacon, Lettuce, Mayo, Olive Oil Blend, Red Wine Vinegar, and Tomatoes.

I hate to complain or write a bad review but This is the most ghetto and worst jersey Mike’s i have ever encountered!! Definitely will be calling corporate on this one. My sandwich barely had any turkey in it. The manager said if I don’t like it then to go somewhere else. I wasn’t even rude. I go to JM alot and been to this particular place twice and both times the sandwich and service was terrible. I also believe the employees are high or drunk in their by their mannerism. This is the only jersey Mike that skimps you on the meat. I even asked for extra meat which apparently meant 1 slice more of meat lmaoooo poor customers!
