Food is good, but service is sooo SLOW and the staff aren’t listening. I had to repeat my order and the way I wanted my sandwiches so many times. Finally, I had to really watch or else I was going to get stuff I didn’t want on my sandwich put on my sandwich. Compared to other locations, this JM isn’t that great.

Ordered pick up, had to wait 20 minutes for order placed 3 hrs before. Really bad service, they clearly forgot to make my order. Not too busy, but after I explained my pickup time was 10min past, they still chose to make in store orders first before starting mine. DO NOT order hot subs from here ahead of time! They won’t even start your order until u arrive. Total waste of time for mediocre sandwiches!!
